 Telephone + subscription concluded, help was provided quickly and friendly. With max. 20 min I was outside again with my new Samsung.

To Many problems with my new device that I received with my new subscription. Due to the excellent work of the manager of the Oosterhout location, I was able to receive a new device, this was an exception. excellent work great job!!!

β β β β β Sluit absoluut geen abonnement bij KPN, slecht service , ben nu afgesloten van de wereld 5 dagen lang door fout van de medewerker. Heb gebruik gemaakt van aktie Samsung S20 met gratis galaxy watch - deze moet je zelf online aanvragen , het is zo goed als onmogelijk om deze te verkrijgen.
Nogmaals zeer onbetrouwbare bedrijf , sluit absoluut geen abonnement bij KPN !!!
Do not sign up for a subscription with KPN, bad service, have now been cut off from the world for 5 days due to an employee's error. I made use of the action Samsung S20 with free galaxy watch - you have to request this yourself online, it is almost impossible to get it.
Again very unreliable company, do not sign up for a subscription with KPN !!!

The lady didn't know the difference between card number and IBAN, which is mind-blowing and I had to take out my phone to show her that my IBAN is tied to the same card. Although everything was done with the help of her colleague.
