Received incomplete order. Calling, emailing, chatting nothing helps, there is simply no response. I will never order here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super snelle service (1 dag besteld, volgende dag in huis), goed contact met klantenservice via telefoon en mooie leren banden waar ik zelf handgreepjes van heb gemaakt! Dus tegenover de 3 slechte beoordelingen, wat mij betreft een hele goede beoordeling!
Super fast service (ordered 1 day, delivered the next day), good contact with customer service via telephone and beautiful leather straps of which I made handles myself! So compared to the 3 bad reviews, in my opinion a very good one!

Helemaal niet!precies dezelfde maten bij andere webshop besteld met andere kleur en daar wel mogelijk.
Jammer dat die de juiste kleur niet meer had waardoor ik hier heb besteld.

Not at all! Ordered exactly the same sizes from another webshop with a different color and possible there.
It is a pity that it no longer had the right color, so I ordered here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 5/11 bestelling geplaatst, betaling niet kunnen afronden door problemen op de website. Op 6/11 factuur ontvangen en betaling manueel uitgevoerd. Antwoorden op de e-mail in kwestie is onmogelijk, e-mail blijft terug keren. Gebeld op 7/11,er werd mij vriendelijk verzekerd dat er snel zou worden verzonden. Nu 19/11, nog niets vernomen en nemen ook de telefoon niet meer op. Graag asap contact van jullie uit om mijn bestelling af te ronden.
Placed on 5/11 order, unable to complete payment due to problems on the website. On invoice received 6/11 and payment made manually. Replying to the e-mail in question is impossible, e-mail keeps returning. Called on 7/11, I was kindly assured that it would be sent quickly. Now 19/11, I haven't heard anything yet and also don't answer the phone anymore. Please contact asap from you to complete my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leerband besteld en nooit ontvangen. Meer dan acht keer geprobeerd contact met ze te krijgen, zowel via mail als telefoon. Er wordt nooit opgenomen, en je wordt ook niet terug gebeld. Koop hier niks. Ik ben mijn geld kwijt. Wil hierbij anderen waarschuwen om geen zaken te doen met dit bedrijf!!!
Ordered leather strap and never received it. Tried to contact them more than eight times, both via email and telephone. They never answer, and you never get a call back. Don't buy anything here. I lost my money. Would like to warn others not to do business with this company!!!

I was a customer in 2015 - 2016. Brilliant service! Amazing response from owner, not only did I get my orders in very good time, she also gave me extra beads! Lovely lady. I was so happy to have found this on-line store! 5 Stars ****
2017 - now. Terrible. Made an order but never received. Tried to email owner several times, but no response. I even tried phoning, no answer. A few months later, I had to ask Paypal to refund me. I dare not make another order, in case this happens again. Look at the other reviews, it's the same story.
This is so sad. I don't know what happened to the lovely owner. As I can't find many of the beads she supplies. I was going to be a long time customer for many years, making several large orders per year.
Message for the new owners: Why do business if you're not going to actually supply the products customers have paid for? What's the point?
