Often has to wait a long time for my own living allowance. Regular holidays without money.

Uitgebreide boete voor boetebedragen, geen goede uitleg over hoe de bedragen ontstaan, extra bankrente zonder reden, misbruik van de situatie en taalbarrière, de klant in financiële val duwen, niet bereid om te helpen het probleem op te lossen, maar in plaats daarvan een zware last. Geen goede communicatie en uitleg, erg frustrerend.
Very bad. Comprehensive fine for fine amounts, not a good explanation of how the amounts are created, extra bank interest for no reason, abuse of the situation and language barrier, pushing the customer into financial trap, unwilling to help solve the problem but instead a heavy one burden. Not good communication and explanation, very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10.000€ op de rekening staan en nu gaat de brommer kapot en die heeft hij nodig om op zijn werk te komen. probeert te bellen want mag geen abbonement dus geen internet, moet bellen maar alleen op maandag en vrijdag. dan belt hij maar dan moet hij wachten omdat 20 wachtende voor u. beltegoed op en nog Niemand gesproken. inmiddels na tig telefoon tjestjes, zeggen ze geen geld en hij is op vakantie moet drie weken wachten. nu staat hij al halfjaar stil! 66jaar en als een hond behandeld! SCHANDALIG HOE ZE MENSEN BEHANDELEN!! WEL GELD ONTVANGEN MAAR NIKS DOEN! DUNNE 1 ALS PUNT!!

DISGUSTING HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE !! RECEIVE MONEY BUT DO NOTHING! THIN 1 AS POINT !!
