Na meerdere opticiens bij Kriek uitgekomen, en gebleven vanwege de zeer goede service en kwaliteit. Very good service, delivered by a smooth team of relaxed professionals. Mijn moeder had veel weerzin tegen het dragen van hoorapparaten, maar met de begeleiding en aandacht en de zorgvuldige afstelling is ze nu helemaal blij met haar nieuwe 'oren'. I went to Alex in Nieuw-Vennep for hearing aids with my 86-year-old mother; pleasant and very professional help. He takes all the time, really great! My mother was very reluctant to wear hearing aids, but with the guidance and attention and the careful adjustment she is now completely happy with her new 'ears'.

"GEEN GARANTIE", want het montuur was toentertijd in de uitverkoop. Ik kan een nieuwe bril kopen. Bought glasses of €300 on 12-10-2019. July 2021 the frame broke while cleaning the lenses with a cloth. "NO WARRANTY", as the frame was on sale at the time. I can buy new glasses.

Paar jaar geleden op de laatste dag van de vakantie (een zondag) de bril van m’n zoontje in Spanje verloren en binnen een paar minuten tijd via de messenger app op FB een nieuwe bril geregeld en lag de volgende dag klaar toen we terug kwamen. Ik kan iedereen aanraden hier heen te gaan wanneer je een bril zoekt. Ze nemen de tijd en geven je deskundig advies. Sfeervolle winkel en de klant is daar nog echt koning! Super service every time from these professionals. Small repairs are repaired quickly (and often free of charge). A few years ago on the last day of the holiday (a Sunday) lost my son's glasses in Spain and arranged new glasses via the messenger app on FB within a few minutes and was ready the next day when we came back . I can recommend everyone to go here if you are looking for glasses. They take their time and give you expert advice. Atmospheric store and the customer is really king there!

Service staat op een hoog niveau! Bijkomend pluspunt is de versgemalen overheerlijke koffie, met soms zelfs versgebakken lekkers. Aanrader dus Excellent optician, choice from many types of frames from different brands. In various price ranges. Staff are always extremely helpful. Service is at a high level! An additional plus is the freshly ground delicious coffee, with sometimes even freshly baked treats. Recommended

Spent a lot of time making sure the prescription was right and then came up with a creative solution to give me the lenses I wanted with my out-of-range prescription. Very impressive service.
