Om de goederen die u aanbiedt in onze winkels terecht te laten komen, verrichten we dagelijks een behoorlijke inspanning. Kringloop Den Haag beschikt over vijftien vrachtwagens, draagt zorg voor meer dan driehonderd medewerkers en heeft vele andere kosten, zoals de huur van onder meer acht bedrijfspanden. U begrijpt: om het jaar financieel kostendekkend af te kunnen sluiten, moet hard gewerkt worden en vele investeringen worden gedaan. De eventuele winst die gemaakt wordt, investeren we direct in het creëren van nieuwe banen. Ook leveren we een (financiële) bijdrage aan de verschillende goede doelen die wij ondersteunen.

Nonetheless, the place is great if you need to find some furniture or household items very fast. The staff is very helpful and you can bargain especially if you want to buy multiple items. If you want to reserve an item then you can do so for two hours.

โ โ โ โ โ They have quite varieties of items. The shop serves person who needs furniture and second-hand item well. And another good thing is that they will deliver items. Of course, you have to pay for delivery service but if you do not have a car to carry all these items you buy, this service is wonderful.
However, delivery time is not punctual either information which I was given by the shop workers was not coherent. I was informed certain time of day(1 hour duration). Items were not delivered the time of duration I was informed. For this, I made an call, then a person who received my call said items will be delivered from 1 pm to 5 pm. It is different from what I was informed. (I went to the shop to ask the time of delivery before the scheduled time)
In addition, these items were supposed to be delivered another day with other items. Items were forgotten to be delivered. Then, I had to wait these items to be delivered for long although I needed to go out.
This case does not discourage you to enjoy the second-hand items with this shop. In fact, I enjoy shopping in this shop. I often go and buy there. So, lesson here is once you ask them to deliver your items, you have to consider your schedule of delivery. Then, you won't be frustrated. And surely, the shop considers this kind of case.

โ โ โ โ โ One of my favourites. The man behind the counter is always nice. Found here some awesome clothes such as Juicy Couture bag or Y2K vest. They also have a lot of plant pots.

โ โ โ โ โ Donโt buy anything here! Itโs the worst shopping experience in my whole life. The wardrobe I bought was delivered broken and unable to be assembled because they forgot a bag of nails. However, they not only refused to return me the refund but also had an extremely bad attitude to me. Especially the old man called Lane(sounds like this), who is responsible for fixing and loading downstairs, were rude and dishonest. Because of this guy and the ridiculous customer rules, I paid โฌ85 but only got a pile of waste!

โ โ โ โ โ The most impressive feature about this market is that they are constantly getting new items almost every day. New items which have recently arrived and haven't been priced yet are also open for negotiation. They dominantly sell furniture, electronics, clothes, plates & glasses, carpets and lamps. The downstairs section is full of mattresses and bed. There is a rather small clothing section which could need improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ Two days before the mask mandates in shops are being dropped completely, wearing a mask is enforced here!
The manager himself is not wearing a mask because he has a medical exemption! Rules for thee but not for me. In the past weeks I have been there several times, and no one made an issue about the mask including the same manager with whom I spoke at least twice before. I was there to bring goods, so to help them. Very poor customer service by a few seriously unpleasant people, all men in this case and ganging up. On other occasions others were just very pleasant, all women btw.
Also the man at the door telling me to put on a mask, was standing there smoking a cigarette. Clearly NO respect for visitors. Very sad that an organisation to help out others has people working for them that show virtually no respect for other people and their personal choices.

โ โ โ โ โ I would say, nothing great, nothing bad, it's average place with price on higher side. Don't expect any vintage/old items. You can come for normal glass, cup, beds, chair etc.
