 The nicest and cheapest thrift store in Amsterdam !! Well worth a visit ... stairs down below the Nassau Church.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kringloopwinkel net buiten het centrum, nog wel op loopafstand. De kringloopwinkel is relatief klein. Het is een beetje rommelig, omdat er veel spullen in een relatief kleine ruimte staan. Kleine prijsjes en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Het enige nadeel zijn de beperkte openingstijden. Zie daarvoor de website.
Thrift store just outside the center, still within walking distance. The thrift store is relatively small. It's a bit cluttered, as there is a lot of stuff in a relatively small space. Small prices and very friendly employees. The only drawback is the limited opening hours. See the website for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne winkel om in de buurt te hebben, ik kom daar graag even rond snuffelen en er staat altijd goede muziek op. De Engelse dame die achter de kassa staat is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
What a nice shop to have in the area, I like to browse around there and there is always good music on it. The English lady behind the counter is very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijk slechte service!!! Kast gereserveerd en afgerekend. Paar dagen later is de kast weg. Geen excuses aangeboden, niks van tegemoetkoming. Hadden op zijn minst even kunnen bellen of de kast in de berging kunnen zetten ipv midden in de winkel te laten.
Terribly bad service!!! Closet reserved and paid. A few days later the box is gone. No apologies offered, no compensation. Could have at least called or put the cupboard in the storage room instead of leaving it in the middle of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awful encounter here, with one of their staff members. She was organizing the books and told me with very bad manner/attitude that I was in the way of her organizing. She made a very big deal out of this. I left crying. Never putting steps back in there.
