T	Tessa Rijsbergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmorgen gebeld om een spaarpot apart te laten zetten zodat ik die later op de dag kon komen ophalen. De medewerkster had de spaarpot apart gezet werd aan de lijn verteld. Eenmaal aangekomen bij de kringloop werd mij door een onvriendelijke man verteld dat er geen spullen apart gezet konden worden en dat de spaarpot is verkocht. Er is nooit aan de telefoon gezegd dat apart zetten niet kon en ik kom van ver naar de kringloop speciaal om deze op te komen halen. Ik vind dit een belachelijke situatie en ga zeker niet meer naar deze kringloop toe. ze zijn sinds de lockdown belachelijk duur geworden en de vriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken. Called this morning to have a piggy bank set aside so I could pick it up later in the day. The employee had put the piggy bank aside was told on the line. Once I arrived at the thrift store, I was told by an unfriendly man that no items could be set aside and that the piggy bank has been sold. It was never said on the phone that separating was not possible and I come from far to the thrift store especially to pick it up. I think this is a ridiculous situation and I will certainly not go to this cycle again. they have become ridiculously expensive since the lockdown and the friendliness is hard to find.

L	Lot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all: most things have no pricetag. A great way for a business man/woman to make money. Because once you are at the counter, you likely won't say no to the price they charge. And you are not going to ask for the price everytime you want something. Smart business move of the owner. Hence, my problem with this kringloopwinkel.... Prices way too high. I've visited many Kringloopwinkels, recently Kringloopwinkel in Eemes, neighbour to Laren, which have wáy more and are very very tidy, are situated in an expensive area, and they process f.a. a cup and saucer with a porcelain well-known mark together for 0.70 cent. Here they charge 3,00 euro's!!! The owner définately wants to do business and seems not to be in it for the people. If the item is a well-known mark (in everything they sell), you pay way too much. I understand that some things are more worth than others, but they are way too commercial. I thought kringloopwinkels were meant for the pennies, not the big bucks. Very disappointed. If you really want to see great kringloopwinkels, visit kringloopwinkels in Heemstede (3), Eemnes (1), Hoofddorp (2), Leiden (2). Amongst others :).
