K	Kevin Vd Oord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nooit meer.. Schuilstal gekocht bij kroftman. Bij het opzetten (alleen het frame) geconcludeerd dat het chinese rommel is. Gemaild dat ik hem ging retourneren, was geen probleem. Alles zat nog in originele verpakking behalve de schroeven. Kom ik daar, komt de eigenaar zonder hand te geven aan met de mededeling dat hij dit niet terug neemt omdat het gebruikt was . Ik zeg nou wat betreft de schroeven geef ik u gelijk dan haal je die maar van het bedrag af. Nou zo werkte dat allemaal niet ik moest het maar weer inladen en gaan. Komt hij 5 min later terug met het voorstel 120 EUR er af te doen (op een totaal van 762 eur) voor een stel schroeven. Nu heb ik ter plaatse de rechtsbijstand gebeld en die gaven aan dat het heel flauw was van het bedrijf maar dat ze de schroeven in rekening mogen brengen en dat 120 EUR wel erg veel was. Ik kreeg het advies het verschil te delen. Daar wilde ze niets van weten, ik vind het echt heel klantonvriendelijk dus denk hieraan als je hier iets koopt! Het is kwalitatief heel slecht, slecht gelast en heel onstabiel, als je vervolgens het product wil retourneren zijn ze onredelijk. Never again.. Shelter bought from Kroftman.
