Wij waren twee vensterbanken vergeten mee te nemen in de offerte, toen de oude kozijnen er uit waren gesloopt en de nieuwe er in zaten kon Kroon gelukkig nog snel schakelen en er direct de volgende dag nieuwe vensterbanken in plaatsen. Ze hadden er 4 dagen voor uitgetrokken maar waren na 2 dagen al klaar. Alles keurig afgewerkt en geen slordige eindjes. 5/5!
 In one word: craftsmanship! Fortunately, we had forgotten to include two window sills in the quotation, when the old window frames had been removed and the new ones were in, Kroon was able to switch quickly and place new window sills immediately the next day. They had allotted 4 days for it but were ready after 2 days. Everything neatly finished and no messy ends. 5/5!
