★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De winkel staat zo vol dat zelfs het personeel niet weet wat er op voorraad is. Vandaag vraag ik wat bij de Kassa, krijg je te horen er is wel iemand anders achter in de winkel. Deze persoon was druk bezig met een klant en even later komt de dame van achter de kassa en gaat ook de zelfde klant staan helpen met een pyjama. Dus zijn ze met z'n tweeën bezig met één klant en tegen mij werd gezegd het is te druk om achter de kassa weg te gaan en u even te helpen daar ik niet weet waar dit reclame product staat. Een uitdragerij is netter dan dit filiaal. Echt geen aanrader. Gelukkig zit de DA aan de overkant, daar werd ik heel goed en professioneel geholpen. Daar is alles goed ingedeeld.
The store is so full that even the staff does not know what is in stock. Today I ask what at the cash desk, you get to hear there is someone else in the store. This person was busy with a customer and a little later the lady comes from behind the counter and also the same customer will help with a pajama. So they are both busy with one customer and I was told it is too busy to leave behind the cash register and help you as I do not know where this advertising product is. A donor shop is neater than this branch. Really not recommended. Fortunately, the DA is on the other side, I was helped very well and professionally. Everything is well organized there.

Nice offer and lots of choice. Staff is not always very nice. The aisles are often very crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ondanks de rest van vriendelijk personeel, is er een welbekende, norse , niet mee werkende medewerkster. Bekend in de hele regio.
Mensen rijden met liefde naar een andere Kruidvat.
De rest helpt vriendelijk. Er is toch vaak te kort aan personeel voor vragen en advies. En de beruchte medewerkster is rond uit ongepast, onbeschoft. Weigert letterlijk advies, hulp of zelfs een medewerkster bij te roepen. (Via oortje) Zelfs mijn kinderen schrokken van deze mevrouw.
Email adres van Klachtenservice van de Kruidvat kon ik niet vinden??
Klacht kan met een BOT worden besproken, of telefonisch. Ik denk niet dat het op deze manier kan worden verholpen.
Despite the rest of the friendly staff, there is a well-known, surly, non-cooperating employee. Known throughout the region.
People love to drive to another Kruidvat.
The rest help kindly. There is often a shortage of staff for questions and advice. And the infamous co-worker is round out inappropriate, rude. Literally refuses to call in advice, help or even an employee. (Via earpiece) Even my children were shocked by this lady.
I could not find the email address of the Kruidvat Complaints Service ??
Complaint can be discussed with a BOT or by telephone. I don't think it can be fixed this way.
