★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sluit om 6 uur. 10 voor zes voor de deur. Deur al half dicht. Alle rekken al naar binnen in in de looppaden gezet. Mocht met godsgratie nog binnen en kreeg nog een grote mond dat ik de looproute niet volgde omdat deze vol stond met de rekken van buiten. Echt klantonvriendelijk!!
Closes at 6am. 10 to six at the door. Door half closed already. All racks already put inward in the walkways. Was allowed to come in with god grace and got a big mouth that I didn't follow the walking route because it was full of racks from outside. Really customer unfriendly !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beter qua coronamaatregelen dan de Kruidvat in het Piazza Center. Alsnog geen uitblinker op het punt van coronaproofheid. Eigen merk disinfectie is ideaal en aanbevolen, niet die dure zooi van zes euro!
Better in terms of corona measures than the Kruidvat in the Piazza Center. Not yet a star when it comes to corona proof. Own brand disinfection is ideal and recommended, not that expensive mess of six euros!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ballentent. Altijd een bende en onvriendelijk persoon. Kan geen vraag stellen zonder een snauw te krijgen. Wanneer je iets komt ruilen, staat het personeel elkaar aan te kijken. Altijd sta je voor de kassa te wachten, terwijl er personeel in de winkel loopt, wat te beroerd is om te helpen.
Ball tent. Always a gang and unfriendly person. Can't ask a question without getting a snarl. When you come to exchange something, the staff is looking at each other. You are always waiting in front of the cash register, while staff is walking in the store, who are too bad to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totaal geen klantvriendelijkheid en service. Openingstijden kloppen niet met website. Sta je stipt 18:00 voor de deur, alles al potdicht, alles al binnen, en kassa zelfs al afgesloten. Na aandringen dat ik iemand wil spreken word de deur met tegenzin opengedaan. Is niet de eerste keer dat ik voor een dichte deur sta. 18:00 sluiten, is niet 18:02 buiten staan. Door een fout van de medewerker moet ik 2x heen en weer om mijn foto's op te halen. Nu dus 3x! Hier ga ik nooit meer heen.
No customer service at all. Opening hours do not match website. You are at the door punctually at 6:00 pm, everything is already sealed, everything is already inside, and the cash register is even closed. After insisting that I want to speak to someone, the door is reluctantly opened. Not the first time I've been standing in front of a closed door. Closing at 6:00 pm is not standing outside at 6:02 pm. Due to a mistake by the employee, I have to go back and forth twice to pick up my photos. So now 3x! I will never go here again.
