β β β β β Was op zoek naar iets in de winkel en kon het niet vinden. Op de plek waar ik het verwachte was een enorme puinhoop. Dus vroeg een medewerker te hulp met de vraag waar ik het mijn vinden. Na eerst een verbaasde reactie, ging hij eerst op de verkeerde afdeling zoeken. Vervolgens kwam hij bij de puinhoop uit, en gaf aan dat het daar ergens moest liggen. Het kwam nog net niet over zijn lippen dat hij mij succes wenste met zoeken, al leek het daar wel op. Na een licht geΓ«rgerde reactie van mijn kant ging hij wel mee zoeken. Uiteindelijk vond hij het ook.
Helaas werd er geen verontschuldiging aangeboden voor de enorme rommel en werd er ook geen aanstalten gemaakt om het op te gaan ruimen. Jammer!
Was looking for something in the store and couldn't find it. The place where I expected it was a huge mess. So asked a staff member for help asking where I find mine. After a surprised reaction, he first started looking in the wrong department. Then he came to the mess, and indicated that it must be there somewhere. It just didn't cross his lips that he wished me good luck with the search, although it seemed so. After a slightly annoyed reaction from my side, he did go along with the search. In the end he found it too.
Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the massive mess and no move was made to clean it up. Unfortunately!
