We gaan vaak naar Numansdorp en Oud-Beijerland. We vinden die Kruidvat's of Kruidvaten echt rommelig. Paden vol met nieuwe spullen, je kan er nauwelijks lopen. Het assortiment is nagenoeg overal hetzelfde, maar wij vinden toch dat de Kruidvatwinkels van Numansdorp en Oud-Beijerland wel heel snel door de aanbiedingen heen zijn. Als we er echt wat van nodig hebben gaan we naar Puttershoek en daar is er dan nog voldoende. Kan toeval zijn. De zaak in Puttershoek is ruim en netjes, veel minder paden vol navullingen. Vriendelijk personeel. Kruidvat Puttershoek is of course similar to other Kruidvat stores in the Hoeksche Waard. However, we think there is a difference. We often go to Numansdorp and Oud-Beijerland. We find those Kruidvat's or Kruidvaten really messy. Paths full of new stuff, you can hardly walk there. The range is almost the same everywhere, but we still think that the Kruidvat stores of Numansdorp and Oud-Beijerland are very quickly through the offers. If we really need something we go to Puttershoek and there is still enough. Can be a coincidence. The shop in Puttershoek is spacious and tidy, far fewer paths full of refills. Friendly staff.

Een cursus beleefdheid en klantvriendelijkheid zou op zijn plaats zijn. Hoewel voor een tweetal dit waarschijnlijk kant nog wal zal raken. Er worden onder het personeel hard op opmerkingen over klanten gemaakt, zodra zij denken dat de klant weg is. Wat zullen ze zeggen over mij of jou wanneer wij de deur uit lopen? Een aantal van het personeel besteedt liever meer tijd aan zichzelf en elkaar dan de klant en straalt dit ook vol trots uit. Tenzij het bevriende klanten zijn, die eigenlijk niet bedient mogen worden door bevriende personeelsleden, maar ach de leidingevende is er toch even niet, kom maar, dan laat ik je even voorgaan... Ook de standaard vragen die gesteld moeten worden, ik begrijp dat deze er elke keer weer bij horen, echter de manier waarop de riedeltjes door sommigen worden afgespeeld verraden de desintresse in de klant. Sluitingstijd lijkt 17:45 ipv 18:00u te zijn. Verder hebben ze veelal niet wat in de folders staat. Er loopt ook leuk personeel rond hoor, maar ja, hun inzet valt al gauw in het niet als je je onrespectvol behandelt voelt.. The service and friendliness have deteriorated enormously. Until the rude.
