โ โ โ โ โ Door de vele tijdelijke producten als aanbiedingen in het assortiment is de winkel vaak onoverzichtelijk omdat deze producten op niet altijd logische plekken staan en de ruimte tussen de schappen wat beperkt is. Soms lange rijen bij kassa omdat tweede kassa niet tijdig geopend wordt. Enkel betaald parkeren mogelijk.

โ โ โ โ โ ....as usual. Bij Kruidvat kun je als rolstoelgebruiker gewoon alle dozen in het gangpad naar de achterkant van de winkel duwen. Prima artikelen, strakke prijs, blijkbaar gaat dit ten koste van de gangpaden en netheid.

โ โ โ โ โ De actie van de website is volgens een medewerker nog van vorige week (op donderdag nog acties van vorige week!?) blijkbaar kost het bij de kruidvat ruim een halve week om een fout te herstellen.
