★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanaf het moment dat de nieuwe filiaalmanager er sinds eind vorig jaar is is de winkel schijnbaar enorm achteruitgegaan. Deze vrouw is naar mijn mening inflexibel en soms ook onbetrouwbaar, zowel naar klanten toe als naar verluidt sommige personeelsleden. Naar ik heb vernomen en ook naar eigen ervaring is haar werkwijze als volgt. Ze doet net alsof ze iemand in vertrouwen wil nemen maar probeert je ondertussen zwart te maken en te benadelen. Overigens ben ik daar niet ingetrapt, ben voortijdig afgehaakt en heb mijn schade later kunnen verhalen. Mijns inziens kijkt ze ook op een manier uit haar ogen die ik niet helemaal kan duiden, het lijkt voor mij op de blik van iemand die ooit een ongeval heeft gehad en daar nog steeds last van heeft.
Since the new store manager has been there since the end of last year, the store has apparently deteriorated enormously. This woman is inflexible in my opinion and at times unreliable, both towards customers and reportedly some staff. As I have heard and also from my own experience, her method is as follows. She acts as if she wants to confide in someone, but in the meantime tries to blacken and harm you. Incidentally, I did not fall for it, I dropped out prematurely and was able to recover my damage later. In my opinion she also looks out of her eyes in a way that I cannot fully interpret, it resembles to me the look of someone who has ever had an accident and is still suffering from it.
