β β β β β Be sure to open the package of what you buy in the store!! I bought a face cream from L'OrΓ©al that was only sealed with tape. When I got home and opened it a cream from the Kruidvat was inside. I immediately took it back but they acted as if I was the one who switched the creams. I had to call the customer service and once again they refused to give me a refund because they said that they saw on the video footage that it was properly sealed from the manufacturer. That's impossible, because it was not. We have an appointment with the manager and police in a few days. All this for β¬20. I hope they secure their items better from now on from the "real" thieves.

β β β β β My daughter visited this Kruitvat yesterday 30th of April and was indirect racially discriminated against by two employers. They were both mother and daughter working on the shift. They were very rude and we will be boycotting this store. Ik heb een klacht in gedient, jullie moeten jullie schamen!

β β β β β Pff where to start. Unfriendly, untidy . Frustrating. Plenty of other shops near by - etos and Holland and barrett just down the road. Do yourself a favour and dont bother.
