Ze heeft goed mee gedacht,waar door we besloten hebben het door hun te laten doen.Deze week kozijnen geplaats door KSCN. Tot nu toe erg tevreden.Dennis en Benno hebben top werk afgeleverd!harde werkers en super snel.zit er keurig in en netjes afgewerkt.Helaas was er wel iets beschadigd,maar dat wordt opgelost is ons belooft.daar gaan we dan ook van uit. zal dat ook zeker melden als dat is opgelost. blij met de nieuwe kozijnen!! Update van 20 november .... de schade aan het kozijn is keurig afgehandeld! ? Had a conversation with Alice a while back about new windows. She thought along well, which is why we decided to let them do it. The window frames were placed this week by KSCN. Very satisfied so far. Dennis and Benno have done a top job! hard workers and super fast. It is neatly arranged and neatly finished. Unfortunately, something was damaged, but that will be resolved, we promise. . Will be sure to let you know when this is resolved. happy with the new windows! Update of 20 November .... the damage to the frame has been neatly handled! ?

Ze waren heel erg aardig en brachten zelfs iets lekkers voor bij de koffie mee.. We are very satisfied with the mechanics Olaf and Lieuwe of this company, they did their job expertly and worked very neatly. They were very nice and even brought something sweet to go with the coffee..

After several parties, Alice was the best choice for me and feeling. Everything well observed and complied with. The assembly planning and execution neatly according to schedule. We are very happy with our new windows. Craftsmanship delivered. Done quickly. Everything neatly cleaned up. Everything done exactly as we wanted.
D	David Zandee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een nachtmerrie, kan het niet anders omschrijven. De vertegenwoordiger die de kozijnen verkoopt is een geschikte vent, maar de organisatie erachter een puinhoop. Er wordt niet gecommuniceerd, afspraken worden niet schriftelijk bevestigd, beloftes worden niet nagekomen en de ene fout wordt op de de andere gestapeld. Bij mij begon het op de eerste dag met het monteren van kozijnen , waarvan later bleek dat ze eigenlijk voor mijn buurman bestemd waren. Deze moesten er weer uit en na montage van de "goede" kozijnen bleek dat de kozijnen niet waren zoals ik ze besteld had. Kunnen op meerdere plekken niet open zodat ik niet kan ventileren. Vervolgens ben ik nu al 6 maanden bezig om van KSCN de juiste nakoming van de overeenkomst voor elkaar te krijgen. Maar ik krijg geen info, geen reactie, of ik wordt aan het lijntje gehouden met "de nieuwe kozijnen zijn nog niet geleverd". Bij mijn buurman hetzelfde verhaal: verkeerde kozijnen geleverd, die zit nu zelfs met kou en extra tocht omdat het kozijn niet goed aansluit, en dat midden in de winter! A nightmare, can't describe it any other way. The rep who sells the frames is a suitable guy, but the organization behind it is a mess. There is no communication, agreements are not confirmed in writing, promises are not kept and one mistake is piled on the other. For me it started on the first day with assembling frames, which later turned out to be actually intended for my neighbor. These had to come out again and after mounting the "good" frames it turned out that the frames were not as I had ordered them. Can't open in several places so I can't ventilate. I have now been working for 6 months to get KSCN to fulfill the agreement correctly. But I get no information, no response, or I am kept on the line with "the new frames have not yet been delivered". Same story with my neighbor: wrong frames delivered, he is now even cold and extra draft because the frame does not fit properly, and that in the middle of winter!

M	Ms Ms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, rude. Refuses to wear a mask during a pandemic when yesterday's numbers are the highest it has ever been. Initially she (salesperson) told us she will grab her own mask in the car but decided mid sentence to leave without a proper explanation and told us we were rude to her by asking. We also called HQ to let them know and they had no problems with this type of unprofessional behavior. Contrast this with another salesperson who is coming over later week this telling us he is going to bring his own mask and gloves. Our numbers are at an all time high. We are in a pandemic, we should act like it.
I	Ingrid Cezario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company. We bought and paid for a good product and good service of installation. They came to our recently renewed house ( they sent an email saying a date, before the renovation and didn't show up)and broke the stair, walls, tiles and bricks. They worked four days until noon and left with 3 broken glass (that they broke while unloading or installing), four unfinished windows and one that they never delivered. Not to mention all the trash they left behind every day after they left. After three months the windows started to rust, and the job wasn't and isn't finished yet. We contact the company and they did nothing. It's ben more then six months and I don't believe that they will ever come back and finish. So basically the product is not good, the guys that install are rude and don'twork well , the company doesn't care about the clients.
