Ondanks dat de airco gedateerd en defect was, heeft dit bedrijf alle moeite gedaan om ons uit de brand te helpen.
De airco werkt perfect (professioneel bedrijf en plezierig in de omgang) weer !!!! een super + voor dit bedrijf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben een airco laten installeren door dit bedrijf. Volgends de installateur werkte alles naar behoren bij het opleveren van de installatie. Echter is binnen enkele weken de airco defect. Wij hebben 2 onafhankelijke bedrijven laten kijken naar dit aangelegde systeem. deze conlcudeerde allebei dat de airco niet volledig was afgevuld en de koppelingen niet goed aangedraaid waren. Daarbij was de airco ouder dan wat op de buitenkant was aangegeven. Tevens was de printplaat deels defect. We hebben contact opgenomen met KSO echter vind de installateur al onze klachten ongegrond en erg uit verband getrokken. en wil ons niet verder helpen en geeft aan zijn handen er van af te trekken. Na wat research in de omgeving blijken wij niet de enige te zijn met klachten. Wij raden het absoluut niet aan om zaken te doen met dit bedrijf!
We have had an air conditioning installed by this company. According to the installer, everything worked properly when the installation was delivered. However, the air conditioning is defective within a few weeks. We have had 2 independent companies look at this installed system. they both concluded that the air conditioning was not completely filled and the couplings were not properly tightened. In addition, the air conditioning was older than what was indicated on the outside. The printed circuit board was also partly defective. We have contacted KSO, however, the installer thinks all our complaints are unfounded and very out of context. and does not want to help us further and indicates that he is pulling his hands off it. After some research in the area, we appear to be not the only one with complaints. We absolutely do not recommend doing business with this company!
