★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levering van een bestelling eind november duurde iets langer dan verwacht. Gelet op de drukte tijdens de feestdagen kun je daar begrip voor opbrengen. Helaas bleek dit product bij degene die het moest ontvangen, al in bezit te zijn en heb ik het terug gezonden. Ik wilde een nieuwe bestelling doen, maar wilde dat pas doen na ontvangst van het bedrag van het teruggezonden product. Retournering van het bedrag duurde meer dan vier weken. Reactie op de diverse mails was niet vlot, steeds iets meer dan een week.

I wanted to place a new order, but only wanted to do so after receiving the amount of the returned product. Refund of the amount took more than four weeks. Response to the various e-mails was not smooth, always a little more than a week.
