β β β β β De notaris Arthur kok is partijdig en onbehulpzaam. Hij berekent onterecht veel kosten bij de klanten. Als hij aangesproken wordt over zijn fouten, trekt hij niets van aan omdat niet de klant voor hem belangrijk is maar het geld. Voor een klein bedrag loopt hij risico om bij de geschillencommissie te belanden. Geld is voor hem veel belangrijker dan zijn reputatie, dienstverlening en de klant. Ik adviseer niemand om iets bij hem te doen omdat hij niet betrouwbaar is.
The notary Arthur Kok is biased and unhelpful. He wrongly charges a lot of costs to customers. If he is addressed about his mistakes, he does not care because the customer is not important to him but the money. For a small amount, he runs the risk of ending up with the disputes committee. Money is more important to him than his reputation, service and the customer. I do not advise anyone to do anything with him because he is not reliable.
