Top bedrijf, super tevreden
Great help with our move from Apeldoorn to Estepona. Due to the fact that the key transfer was always postponed, they stored our things for months, but when they arrived in Spain everything was included and nothing was broken. Super nice help with unpacking, assembling the furniture and all packaging taken back. Top company, super satisfied

Blokkeren langdurig de gehele straat en opritten. Zijn niet meer aan het uitladen maar weigeren toch de vrachtwagen te verplaatsen zodat de buurt kan passeren/opritten kunnen gebruiken.
Block the entire street and driveways for a long time. Are not unloading anymore but still refuse to move the truck so the neighborhood can pass/use ramps.

A terrible experience, is the only way to describe the "service" from Kuipers....Things were packed by THEM in the wrong packaging material, and guess what ? it was ME who got another euro 1200,- because they had to repack. WHO made the mistake here ? Correct, not me. Three times did we have a "specialist" over from Kuipers for an estimate....After three days of packing, they decided they needed to hire extra people to make it in time, another euro 1000,- bill, for ME. Here in the US that SAME house was packed within 2 days with the same amount of people, and packed much better too: all the packing material promised, was NOT done, our "specialist" unavailable, and our things damaged. Then I am confronted in the US with about $15.000,- extra charges for storage, and costs...after checking it turns out that the REAL charges for that storage was $1250,-. Then, to complete the misery, when I am moving again 2 years later, and use the same company that delivered everything to us, that Kuipers conveniently NEVER paid the US company for the delivery, hence, ANOTHER roughly $5000,- has to get paid by me.....This company is a complete nightmare, and are probably for a move to Spain, but NOT to the US !!! Never use them for that.

I hired Kuiper to move my things from Utrecht NL to Houston Texas. They have quoted average cheaper price on the market, UTC quote was the same. The service I have received was VERY BAD. It took over 3 months!!! to receive my things, they quoted 7-8 weeks, forget that. They picked up stuff on Aug 24th 2012, I should have my delivery Dec 5ths 2012. As soon as things do not go smoothly, they ignore you and do not bother to respond to your queries. Their partner in the US Schumacher Cargo, were VERY BAD as well. They have sent me a pre-alert, goods arriving in October, end of November I am still chasing delivery date for my things. When on the phone with them they simply say I do not know when your things can be delivered, when I get a date from my dispatch I will tell you. What kinds of useless answer is that, for a cargo company??? Kuiper did not lift a finger to help - that is pretty poor!! Kuiper after pick up of my things in NL have ooops, missed the boat. Then the container ended up sitting in Newark and was battered in hurricane Sandy, so there is water damage of my things. I am not able to get a report of what items/how many boxes are damaged or pictures of the damage. So all in all - stay away from these guys, unless this is how you like it. One positive aspect they were polite when picking up stuff. Next time I am not going anywhere near these guys. Have not had this bad of a service from a Dutch company before. Ugh.

Terrbile experience with this moving company, and I wish I'd checked Google's reviews before booking them. Instead I thought I would save money and here I am 6 months later arguing with them over insurance for damaged items. Pre-shipping the representative assigned to me was never around and I found myself constantly having to contact him about the move; what the costs would be, when the packing boxes would arrive, when the movers would arrive. Post move, again I had to chase him to get status on the shipment. I would expect a service where they would be the ones contacting me and keeping me informed, not the other way round. The day of the move appeared to go ok, at least so we thought until our stuff landed in the USA. The packers did their job impeccably at my house, packing even the smallest things in layers of wrap and boxes, great. However when they went to my wife's house they grabbed everything put it in the van as is and said it would be packed back at base and left (probably to go for lunch). My wife pointed out which items of hers were valuable (designer furniture and lamps) and the movers said to her they would be packed properly. The move itself was uneventful aside from me having to chase Kuiper to get any kind of status update. It took slightly longer than I expected (and was quoted) but nothing unreasonable. When our stuff arrived and as they brought my wife's items into the house we realised how bad a job the movers had done with her stuff. Basically every was loose in the shipping container. Lots of expensive items were damaged. The USA movers said they would have lost their jobs if that had been them doing the packing and were generally shocked at how bad it was. Since then I've spent the last 6 weeks chasing Kuiper to get an answer on the insurance. We paid a premium to cover the designer furniture that got damaged, though Kuiper/Insurance company say they will only pay 20% of the value. The reason is the items can't be purchase anymore and that value is based on reasonable wear & tear. I've tried to explain that we paid a premium to cover the items as they are things which have gone UP in value not down, but no dice. My wife's very upset and I'm angry / frustrated at how bad a job Kuiper did. They don't care about you or your stuff. Bish. Bash. Bosh. I've made several moves oversea's so am experienced enough to know what a good professional move can be like. This was far from it. All in all I would spend a bit more and use a company that actually cares. Bottom line: dreadful service and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Oh yes you did service to our household. Our stuff was at Kuiper storage. When we finally got it back most of it was missing. Half of it was updated and Kuiper was asked to get rid of some boxes and keep the rest, instead of this, they just got rid of everything, claiming they don’t know anything about the situation.

Recently moved to Maastricht to the vicinity of Paris. Outstanding service from the commercial side up until the unloading of my goods. Their initial proposition was so much lower (40%) than their more "prestigious" international competitors that I didn't even bother to try and negociate. Possibly could have, although I doubt their initial profit margin is as high as some other international removal companies. Although they were not extra talkative (which, in my opinion, is a plus) they turned out to be very efficient and had very convenient loading/unloading dates to offer, when their competition would often have me waiting for up to 2 weeks. Because of Covid-19 lockdown in France I had to postpone the move once, about which they were very understanding and very reactive to reschedule. The movers themselves, Alex and Manat, were both friendly and professional , and somehow even managed to entertain my 2 year old daughter while performing their job reassembling the toy-house. If I had to be critical of one thing, I didn't know on the day at what time the movers were supposed to show up, which got me to wake up at 6AM just in case :D. (To be fair though, I didn't think to ask ... so yeah, a bit stupid on my part) Would definitely recommend, 5 stars
