★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leuke lessen op het gebied van familie krijgskunst.
De kinderen zaten er al op en ik zat aan de zijlijn te wachten tot ze klaar waren...dus besloten om ook mee te gaan sporten.
Het is voor jong en oud (Ben zelf wel de oudste)
Heb in het verleden meerdere vechtsporten gedaan, waarbij het soms meer elkaar de vernieling intrappen was....
Dit is het totaal niet! Het gaat er gemoedelijk aan toe en men leert de kinderen toch discipline. Je leert veel trap, stoot en valtechnieken. Je werkt aan je conditie en in mijn geval ook de lenigheid;-)
 Fun family martial art classes.
The kids were already on it and I was sitting on the sidelines waiting for them to finish ... so decided to join the sports too.
It is for young and old (I am the oldest myself)
Have done several martial arts in the past, where it was sometimes more to destroy each other ....
This is not it at all! It is pleasant and the children are taught discipline. You learn a lot of kick, punch and fall techniques. You work on your fitness and in my case also flexibility ;-)
