Gebeld ze zijde ja het is ook een koude periode met veel wind ze zouden komen kijken het is nu April nog niet geweest dus service staat niet hoog op het vaandel bij hun. Kwaliteit van de kozijnen is super! 2 ruiten hadden veel krassen die hebben ze 9 dagen na plaatsing vervangen. Dat is erg snel als je bedenkt dat deze ook nog op maat gemaakt moesten worden. Afwerking was bij de meeste kozijnen in orde. Enige aandachtspunt is dat ik het prettig had gevonden als ze zelf e.e.a. hadden nagekeken op krassen en afwerkingsfouten wanneer ze klaar waren.
