Ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht, dass das Auftreten des Personals lustlos und nur im besten Fall katzenfreundlich ist. Reklamationen werden grundsätzlich ins Lächerliche gezogen und nicht ernst genommen. Bei einem solchen Serviceverständnis muss sich der Einzelhandel nicht wundern, wenn Kunden es vorziehen, im Internet einzukaufen. I give a star because it is not possible not to give a star. Auch im Reklamationsfall hatte ich keine Schwierigkeiten, mir wurde freundlich und unkompliziert geholfen. Immer wieder gerne unterstütze ich den Einzelhandel vor Ort! Habe mit einem Foto von einer Tasche den Laden betreten und es der Verkäuferin gezeigt die auch sofort wusste um welche Tasche es sich handelte und auch wo sie zu finden war ! Nach einem guten Beratungsgespräch hab ich die Tasche dann auch gekauft ! Die Dame hat sich viel Zeit genommen (für die Beratung) und hat zu keiner Zeit irgendwelchen Druck (von wegen "würde ich sofort kaufen, oder nur noch die wenige da") gemacht ! Preis Leistung stimmt, Die zwei Damen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und es wurde auch ein wenig gescherzt (was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Kein trockenes Verkaufsgespräch) ! Ich bin zufrieden und das wichtigste ist meine Frau auch ! Immer wieder gerne ! Very competent!
