Skischoenen voor een paar tientjes laten aanpassen in de shop, hij legt precies uit wat hij doet en waarom. Ik ga hier zeker terugkomen als ik weer nieuwe schoenen nodig heb! Betere ervaring dan bij grotere shops zoals mk, waar er door de drukte toch wat meer haast lijkt te hangen. Gr. Roel Bart takes the time for you, only sells products that he supports 100%. Have your ski boots adjusted in the shop for a few bucks, he explains exactly what he does and why. I will definitely come back here when I need new shoes again! Better experience than at larger shops such as mk, where there seems to be a bit more rush due to the hustle and bustle. Gr. Roel

Tijdens het wachten krijg je een lekker kopje koffie Great service! Bart is a very nice guy with knowledge. He won't sell you anything you don't need and help you find the best product. While waiting you get a nice cup of coffee
C	Camparada C888 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze zomer bij Bart op de koffie geweest. Jarenlang met pijnlijke voeten geskied. Verschillende schoenen gehad, inclusief Strolz. Ik was dus best sceptisch. Maar dat was niet terecht. Bart luistert en vraagt en praat en begrijpt. Het resultaat: mijn oude schoenen (Atomic, 27,5 = grootste damesmaat) heeft hij verbreed, verlengd!! en voorzien van een nieuwe binnenzool. Daarnaast had hij prachtige Nordica HF skischoenen. HF staat voor “hands free”. Wat een comfort en een gemak om aan en uit te doen. Ook deze schoenen heeft Bart een klein beetje “gebootfit”. Tweede week van januari naar Oostenrijk geweest. Iedere dag meer dan 35 km geskied zonder een centje pijn. Niet meer halverwege de afdaling pauze houden. Nee, gewoon hup in 1x naar beneden ❄️⛷?? Went for coffee with Bart this summer. Skied with sore feet for years. Had several shoes including Strolz. So I was quite skeptical. But that was not right. Bart listens and asks and talks and understands. The result: my old shoes (Atomic, 27.5 = largest women's size) he has widened, lengthened!! and fitted with a new insole. In addition, he had beautiful Nordica HF ski boots. HF stands for “hands-free”. What comfort and ease to put on and take off. Bart has also “booted” these shoes a little bit. Second week of January went to Austria. Skied more than 35 km every day without a penny of pain. No more pausing halfway down the descent. No, just hop down in 1 x ❄️⛷??

Bart is een echte vakman en heeft wat mij betreft de perfecte fit voor mij gevonden. Geen verkooppraatje maar puur vakmanschap en kennis. Of je nu wel of niets iets aanschaft, Bart neemt de tijd voor je, geeft je echt heel goed advies en als je wilt loop je met de perfecte schoenen naar buiten. At Kustomaid you have an experience like no other. You don't come across shops like this with so much knowledge very often. Bart is a true professional and has found the perfect fit for me as far as I'm concerned. No sales pitch but pure craftsmanship and knowledge. Whether you buy something or not, Bart takes the time for you, gives you really good advice and if you want you walk out with the perfect shoes.

M	Malin Rimfors on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skiing with no pain for the first time thanks to expertise from kustomaid and Bart van der Valk who on distance found my dream boot (love them!) and adjusted it just perfect and sent it to me in Sweden. From photos, measurements and my wishes Bart could make a model of my foot and solve the problems that I prior to this have spent a lot of money trying to solve through soles and various experts. It’s a bit unlikely - but It was finally solved on distance from Netherlands - thanks to the knowledge and experience from Bart. We didn’t even meet but he listened and understood what others missed. / Malin in Sweden
