S	Sander on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De keuken is werkelijk fantastisch, precies wat we wilden! Het teleurstellende is dat de communicatie over de afwerking van de keuken dramatisch is verlopen. Dit aangezien de keuken al 23-05-2019 is geplaatst en vandaag (30-03-2020) dan eindelijk 100% is afgewerkt. The kitchen is really fantastic, exactly what we wanted! The disappointing thing is that communication about the finishing of the kitchen has been dramatic. This is because the kitchen has already been placed 23-05-2019 and today (30-03-2020) is finally 100% finished.

Lelijk afgewerkt en lades waar je gewoon in kijkt als ze dicht zitten. Geen service en geen vertrouwen! Niks kopen bij hun... misschien bij een ander filiaal beter?! Terrible! Bought on 31-01-2020 and delivered on 18-05-2020 and still nothing finished today. Ugly finished and drawers that you just look at when they are closed. No service and no confidence! Don't buy anything from their ... maybe from another branch better ?!

Afspraken die laatste moment verzet worden, installatie schema wat niet goed wordt doorgegeven waardoor we op het laatste moment € 500 zwart cash moeten betalen om het in orde te maken, maandenlang wachten op onderdelen die niet geleverd kunnen worden, na een week een scheur in ons aanrechtblad waarvan we volgens de aftersales nog maar moeten afwachten of hij hersteld gaat worden. Wij zitten nog wel even in de ellende. Ik schrijf deze review om anderen mensen hiervoor te behoeden. De keukens zien er mooi uit, maar mijn advies: niet doen! Dramatic! One star is actually too many. Appointments that are rescheduled at the last minute, installation schedule that is not passed on properly, so that we have to pay € 500 black cash at the last minute to make it right, months of waiting for parts that cannot be delivered, after a week a crack in our countertop of which, according to aftersales, we have to wait and see whether it will be repaired. We are still in misery. I am writing this review to save others from this. The kitchens look nice, but my advice: don't!
A	Ahmed Hammodan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good experience with Kvik Keuken Alexandrium. The staff were very helpful from the initial design stage to final completion and installation. When any problems arose they quickly resolved them without any fuss or bother and went the extra mile to make sure that the kitchen delivered was as specified in the initial design stage. Would recommend to anybody wanting a good quality kitchen.

Our kitchen was supposed to be delivered in November 2021, but 50% of the items (cupboards/drawers) were defective. We were contacted by Kvik to amend the report they received from their technician because they couldn't figure out exactly what needs to be replaced. In December their technician visited us again to replace the defective items, but still the order from Kvik was not complete and some items were missing again. We were told that we will be contacted to arrange a new delivery and installation appointment. At this point, March 2022, our kitchen is still not finished. We contacted Kvik to ask why there is such a huge delay in their response and apparently they had forgotten about us. On top of that they requested from us to write down in an email what is still missing.. ridiculous communication between them and their subcontractors, as well as complete lack of professionalism towards their clients. I wouldn't recommend Kvik in Alexandrium to anyone.
