★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in de winkel vriendelijk geholpen door het personeel bij het uitzoeken van een vloer alles 2 maanden van te voren besteld en op de dag dat ze het zouden komen leggen laten ze het afweten. nieuwe afspraak gemaakt en weer een hele ochtend zitten wachten. helaas kwam er toen ook niemand en lieten ze niks van zich horen
 in the shop, friendly assisted by the staff in choosing a floor, everything ordered 2 months in advance and on the day they would come to lay it they fail. made a new appointment and waited all morning. unfortunately no one came and they did not hear from them

Vriendelijk en spontaan te woord gestaan, maar vervolgens bij aankomst door een andere collega iets minder vriendelijk verwelkomt.... "dit is niet de bedoeling" "als je mij aan de telefoon had gehad.... " . Communiceer met elkaar aub en geef klanten een WELKOM gevoel...
Made a special call this morning to ask if I could use my "20 shop minutes by appointment" to return wallpaper. This time it was no problem. Friendly and spontaneous, but then on arrival by another colleague a little less friendly welcomed .... "this is not the intention" "if you had me on the phone ....". Please communicate with each other and make customers feel WELCOME ...

Grumpy staff, we went to look for curtains but then quickly went to another shop. They clearly don't want to sell here.
