★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mail: Uw gordijn is klaar. Na 5 dagen te bellen over betaalde bestelling gordijnen krijg ik eindelijk iemand aan de lijn. Betreft hier (voor)woonkamer gordijn uit 2 stuks. De helft is klaar en of ik wil komen halen???? Leni, klantenservicemedeweker legt uit: "zo doen wij dat, mevrouw"!! Voor elk stuk is er een ander bon. Mw. raakt geïrriteerd wanneer ik aangeef dat dit een opmerkelijk gang van zaken vind, en dit mij weinig vertrouwen geeft in de afhandeling. We zullen zien wanneer de andere helft van mijn bestelling binnenkomt.
 Mail: Your curtain is ready. After 5 days of calling about a paid order for curtains, I finally get someone on the line. This concerns (front) living room curtain of 2 pieces. Half is ready and do I want to come get it???? Leni, customer service representative explains: "that's how we do it, ma'am"!! There is a different coupon for each piece. Ms. gets irritated when I indicate that this is a remarkable state of affairs, and that this gives me little confidence in the handling. We'll see when the other half of my order comes in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen aankoop gedaan, dame die vrij was mocht geen stof knippen. Na een kwartier gewacht te hebben zonder aankoop weggegaan. Meer personeel zou prettig zijn.
No purchase made, lady who was free was not allowed to cut fabric. After waiting 15 minutes I left without buying. More staff would be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok place. Went here during a sale, bought a pouf for 6 EUR! Place itself is cramped. Think they should remove some items and improve the look. Store gives the impression of cheap and not so great quality. Layout of the place should be simplified (allow me to walk more easily where I want, give me an easy way to see everything in the store in one go). I'd visit again if needing cheap stuff.
