★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwaar teleurgesteld, Belachelijke aanbieding. Gratis leggen van tapijt op alle manieren...maar niet op de trap( staat niet aangegeven op de aanbieding).
En dan dik 600€ rekenen.
 Very disappointed, Ridiculous offer. Free laying of carpet in all ways...but not on the stairs (not indicated on the offer).
And then charge $600.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drama om contact te krijgen met Kwantum, gordijnen waren verkeerd op maat gemaakt, zou nieuwe gordijnen krijgen maar na 4 maanden nog steeds niks gehoord. Zou na telefonisch contact binnen 5 dagen teruggebeld worden, 3 weken later nog geen belletje gehad...contact krijgen met Kwantum klantenservice is bijna niet te doen! Al met al zeer ontevreden met de service
Drama to get in touch with Kwantum, curtains were made incorrectly, was going to get new curtains but still haven't heard anything after 4 months. Would be called back within 5 days after telephone contact, 3 weeks later still no call ... contacting Kwantum customer service is almost impossible! Overall very dissatisfied with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 min. Staan wachten bij de bali omdat de winkelmedewerkster met een klant bezig was. Om 16:50 hoor ik het bericht voor de klanten dat 17:00 de winkel gaat sluiten i.v.m. Corona regels. 2 min. Voor 5 besluit de medewerkster die mij al die tijd zag staan toch maar iemand om te roepen voor hulp. Ik kreeg een geopende doos met artikel erin. Snel naar de kassa want ik had ook nog 2 artikelen af te rekenen. De jonge man achter de kassa begon over sluitingstijd etc....pfff, dus ik leg uit dat de klanten voor mij lang bezig waren met een vloer en plinten te bestellen en ik al die tijd heb staan wachten op mijn beurt. Ik kwam een tafeltje ophalen die ik online had gekocht. Daar stond ik dan opeens in de hal tussen de gesloten deuren. Meneer had schijnbaar een verkeerde knop ingedrukt waardoor ik ingesloten stond en moest wachten tot er iemand kwam om de deur met een knop te openen. Tafeltje heeft vlekken en beschadiging, tja....moet ik er helaas weer heen. Kortom ; zeer slechte ervaring met Kwantum!
20 min. Waiting at the counter because the shop assistant was busy with a customer. At 16:50 I hear the message for the customers that 17:00 the store will close due to. Corona rules. 2 min. Before 5, the employee who saw me all this time decides to call someone for help. I got an opened box with article in it. Quickly to the checkout because I also had 2 items to pay. The young man behind the cash register started talking about closing time etc...pfff, so I explain that the customers before me were busy ordering a floor and skirting boards and I've been waiting all this time for my turn. I came to pick up a table that I had bought online. There I suddenly stood in the hall between the closed doors. The gentleman had apparently pressed a wrong button and I was locked in and had to wait for someone to come to open the door with a button. Table has stains and damage, well .... unfortunately I have to go there again. In short ; very bad experience with Quantum!
