โ โ โ โ โ Ga niet naar deze Kwikfit.
2 maanden geleden hebben wij na een aankoopkeuring (bij een andere garage) zonder veel aanmerkingen een buscamper gekocht om mee op reis te gaan. De Kwikfit heeft een kleine beurt op de bus uitgevoerd. De standaard praktijken (vloeistoffen vervangen etc.) zijn prima verlopen, maar er volgde een oneindige lijst met probleempunten.
Voorbeeld: Volgens Kwikfit zat er veel roest op de remleiding. De roest afschuren zou alleen de leiding verzwakken. Om dus veilig te rijden moet de hele leiding vervangen worden. Prijskaartje โฌ550 euro. Daarnaast waren er nog meerdere ernstige problemen en volgens de Kwikfit konden we absoluut niet veilig op vakantie met deze bus. Volledig tegenstrijdige informatie in vergelijking met de aankoopkeuring.
In verband met de tegenstrijdigheid hebben we de bus een dag later bij een 3e garage laten controleren. Er zaten inderdaad wat roestspikkels op de coating van de remleiding, maar dit kon eenvoudig afgeschuurd worden met een nieuwe coating erop, zonder dat de leiding wordt verzwakt. Prijskaartje: โฌ25 euro. Van vele andere problemen was รผberhaupt niets terug te vinden.
Conclusie: ga niet naar deze Kwikfit voor een beurt.

2 months ago, after a purchase inspection (at another garage), we bought a bus camper without many remarks to go on a trip. The Kwikfit has performed a small service on the bus. The standard practices (replacing fluids, etc.) went well, but a never-ending list of issues followed.
Example: According to Kwikfit, there was a lot of rust on the brake line. Sanding off the rust would only weaken the pipe. In order to drive safely, the entire pipe must be replaced. Price tag โฌ550 euros. In addition, there were several serious problems and according to the Kwikfit we could absolutely not safely go on holiday with this bus. Completely contradictory information compared to the pre-purchase inspection.
Due to the contradiction, we had the bus checked a day later at a 3rd garage. There were indeed some rust specks on the coating of the brake line, but this could easily be sanded off with a new coating, without weakening the line. Price tag: โฌ25 euros. Many other problems could not be found at all.
Conclusion: don't go to this Kwikfit for a turn.

They saw I have an appointment for next week at another kwikfit to change the tires and they decided to change them instead of patching. And all with no appointment in advance and no extra costs. Back on road within the hour

โ โ โ โ โ The worst garage ever. I went there just to replace my tyres and they broke the bolts, the bearing at wheel and they kept my car for three days to replace this stuff. When I took my car after a while was starting to hear a noise from the wheel because what they change was rubbish old and broken again and now I have to pay more money to another garage. Just because the guys there are unprofessional and they don't know nothings about cars.

โ โ โ โ โ During regular checkup they informed us that brakes are good enough and a month later after driving a couple of hundred kilometers we destroyed our disks because apparently break pads were in a very bad stage. Which of course resulted in very high price to fix it. All trust is lost and will not come back here again.

โ โ โ โ โ Had an appointment, but 2 hrs ahead get a call informing that the winter tyres are not available for my car, with a promise that they will call back same day for new appointment. The call never arrives, after a week i called back to remind them. So another new appointment and a long wait. The winter tyre change service was good and fast.
