★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not understand the "service A and B" for the Mercedes models. Considering the number of Mercedes cars on street, these professionals should know this basic regular service. They were just asking "what is service B for Mercedes?" "Ask the Mercedes dealer, and come back with detail check-list for the service B" - It's not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car repair shop. Friendly staff but unfortunately the service isn't always good. I had an oil leak repaired and 5 months later it started leaking again. I had a friend of mine look at it; he's a mechanic. And he concluded they didn't clean the contact surface of the oil pan properly, so the sealant didn't stick because it was greasy. That's just not professional; anyone knows that won't hold.
I also had bad experiences with the other KwikFit in Delft; they replaced two mufflers but after that there was noise coming from the exhaust and the engine suddenly didn't run smooth anymore. They are always really polite and appear to be sincere, but unfortunately the work is just not done very well. I had friends warn me, and now I have to admit they were right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers are very professional but their company charges parts up to FOUR times their commercial value. For example a Bosch S3526 air filter sold for 32 euros, normally found at 8/9 euros. Unexcusable ripoffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in the car for the periodic check (APK). Car came through fine but the Airco was empty. I had it filled last year so they refilled it, for free since there is a one year warranty. Good service, nice people!
