De opkomst van de winterbanden en de daaraan gekoppelde jaarlijkse bandenwissels brachten het werken op afspraak in een nieuwe fase. Wij introduceerden tijdsloten om banden te wisselen. Vanaf 2007 werd het maken van een afspraak ook online aangeboden. Daarna werd ook autoruitschade aan onze service toegevoegd en kon je dus voor voor een sterreparatie of ruitvervanging bij ons terecht.
De afgelopen 50 jaar hebben wij laten zien in staat te zijn om de formule aan te kunnen passen aan de veranderende wensen van onze klanten. Binnen zonder afspraak, klaar terwijl je wacht veranderde naar binnen met afspraak, nog steeds klaar terwijl je wacht. De telefonische prijsopgave voor het vervangen van een uitlaat groeide uit naar een online prijsopgave op maat op basis van het kenteken en de kilometerstand van de auto. Daarnaast kregen we naast consumenten ook leasebedrijven en verzekeringsmaatschappijen als klant, iets waar we erg trots op zijn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't specify in your question which branch you're asking about. As I was recently in the Eindhoven, Leenderweg one, I'll assume that this is the one you're referring to.
I had a completely normal and satisfactory experience there yesterday for an APK, after not being able to use my local branch in Helmond due to there being a large proportion of staff off sick.
The personnel at the Leenderweg branch was more than friendly, while the chappy in charge appeared to be very proficient indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the services of Kwikfit for almost an year now. Must say that they have been thoroughly professional in their attitude and work. Friendly staff.
Very easy to book an appointment, speak to on phone if required.
Quality service and quicker in completing the tasks than what they say. Everytime they told me an hour for tyre change and they were able to complete within 35 mins.
While tyre change in progress one can sit at their reception. Presently due to covid19 there can be only 2 people seated however there is enough space otherwise. Opposite to Alber Heijn so by the time we finish our grocery shopping, car can be ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Web site is very easy to use, even for non-Dutch speaker. I've ordered 4 new winter tires, and there was automatically a suggestion for an alignment. As suggested, I arrived 5 min before scheduled time. Within 5 min, all office paperwork was done and car was in the garage and ready for tire change. In little over 1h they called me to inform that my car is ready.
I've noticed that they are offering quite often different type of discounts. Will definitely go back there for summer tires :)

- APK lasted 5h39m (note that competitors are doing it within 1h) - this is the time between the moment I parked my car in front of their garage and the moment they called my notifying that my car is ready
- They did not provide bike
- They called me and proposed a small repair (besides APK) to which I agreed. During the call they did not provide CLEAR statements on costs for those small repairs (the calling agent sounded more like an old friend talking about problems in my car and what their firm can do to fix it)
+ They are friendly and seem to like smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 25 mins early but was helped instantly. Coffee is free of charge and quite decent, staff is friendly. Restroom is OK, the wash sink deserves bit more tlc.
