Ik heb meerdere keren via mail en telefonisch contact opgenomen. Intake medewerkers zijn afwezig of hebben een afspraak buiten de deur. Terugbelverzoeken van de telefoniste worden niet opgevolgd, mail wordt niet beantwoord.

I have contacted several times via email and telephone. Intake employees are absent or have an appointment outside the door. Callback requests from the operator are not followed, mail is not answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van het kastje naar de muur wordt je gestuurd als je belt...ze declareren heel veel geld bij de gemeente.
Ondeskundig personeel, als opstapje geschikt, maar verder niet te vertrouwen. proberen je aan het lijntje te houden en hebben overal "verstand van".
In geval van nood wel fijn om te praten, maar de vraag is of dat dus niet gedeclareerd wordt of wel.
geen aanrader dus!
You are sent from the cupboard to the wall when you call ... they declare a lot of money at the municipality.
Inexperienced personnel, suitable as a stepping stone, but otherwise not to be trusted. try to keep you on the line and have "understanding" of everything.
In the event of an emergency, it is nice to talk, but the question is whether that is declared or not.
so not recommended!
