En ben er zeer over te spreken, het is makkelijk mee te nemen, de manier van trainen zorgt voor veel positieve effecten en iedereen kan er mee trainen. Alle spiergroepen kunnen worden aangesproken en kan goed nadruk leggen op excentrische overload. Zeker een aanrader! I've been training with the kynett one for a few months now. And I am very pleased with it, it is easy to carry, the way of training has many positive effects and everyone can train with it. Verder heb ik er ook veel aan gehad bij een blessure aan mijn hamstrings. Door het excentrisch trainen zijn de pijn klachten snel verdwenen en was ik snel hersteld. Ik ben erg te spreken over het product. I've been training with the Kynett for a year now. I am very satisfied with this training form. Very handy to be able to train anywhere and whenever you want. I also benefited a lot from an injury to my hamstrings. Due to the eccentric training, the pain complaints disappeared quickly and I recovered quickly. I am very pleased with the product.

I train patients with Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, spina bifida and orthopedic injuries with it. The results are positive and it is an easy tool to use.

I was a bit afraid that the resistance would not be high enough, but the contrary is true. Client service responds quick when having a question.

Very professional materials, good exercises available and last but not least more improvement made than with traditional training. Very helpful to take it with me during the season when I am on the road and need to train. Flywheel training is much more effective and better regeneration after training. Also helps good for quick recovery after an injury during the season. Much impressed with the support of the Kynett team, good discussions on developments and excercises.
