Mijn naam is Elise, interieurarchitect en entrepreneur. Tussen het bos, de zee en de duinen in opende ik ruim 5,5 jaar geleden l’ etoile. Ik verlangde naar creativiteit en voelde de behoefte om pure en betekenisvolle producten te verzamelen in mijn eigen atelier. Een fijn gevoel dat ik altijd welkom ben ook als ik vrijblijvend wil rondkijken. De service vind ik top....ik mag altijd dingen thuis ter plekke bekijken en het omruilen als het toch niet de juiste keuze blijkt te zijn. Mijn favoriete winkel in Bergen ! Als je dit meldt wordt er niet meer gereageerd. Als er uiteindelijk gereageerd wordt, verloopt dit niet zo vriendelijk en blijft men je stalken. Je wordt zelfs verzocht je review te verwijderen. Nice shop with nice stuff. Shame about the service. You buy an item online and the labels, including the washing instructions, are cut off before shipping. If you report this, there will be no further response. If there is eventually a response, this is not so friendly and people continue to stalk you. You are even asked to delete your review.
