Very good. Made an order from France and received all the items in perfect conditions and at an overall lower price than most other shops. Some delay due to Covid issues, but the staff kept track of the situation and always replied fast to my email. I'd definitely recommend it.

Don’t waste your time with this company. The website said item was in stock but after I paid La Couronne du Comte they said they had to custom order the pen from the Manufacturer. After waiting a long time, I contacted the Manufacturer and they said the pen I wanted was NOT a custom order and they had lots of stock. I informed La Couronne du Comte of this and they came back with more excuses about my order. Eventually the pen came 7 weeks after I paid them. I believe they claim there is an issue with their website, but I’m more disappointed with the lies and excuses from their customer services team.

My heartfelt advice: don't bother. It was my 3rd and 4th order with them, in early and mid November, and I was already aware of their tendency to letting you wait a bit - I was fine with it within reasonable limits and in the past I let them choose some alternatives for the items I ordered. They are usually quick to refund any items you're not willing to wait for and everything always comes nicely packaged. My last 2 orders, though, were a nightmare. Every single timeframe they themselves gave me was disattended, every time I would inquire I would get a reply from someone different showing no coordination whatsoever with what had been previously said. Many unanswered questions. They really make you feel as if they would rather be doing something else than business with you. Eventually, after more than a month, I received my order from early november and found that the pen didn't work. Not their fault, ok, just a 20 euros pen, do you guys have a replacement? No we don't. No apologies no options no empathy in the interactions eventually made me resolve to ask for a refund of my pending order (I was obviously still waiting for the one from mid-November...) and for the defective pen. They asked me to send it back. I sent it to them as requested, asked for feedback by email more than a week after not to be too pushy. After 2 days of my inquiry not even a response. Their formality is pure rudeness to me and their customer care not existent. It has been just exasperating and I sworn to myself I'll never order from them again - anyway I would never get what I paid for within a reasonable time. Add on this review: LCdC did find the time to reply to the review whilst still not getting back to my email nor refunding my returned pen. This tells a lot about their priorities.

Such a great company! I ordered a fountain pen: of course the most beautiful one ;-) A Sailor 1911 Demonstrator, Standard!! First of all they gave me Jubilieum discount while it was me who was too late as the action was already finished. So I asked them if it was possible to cancel and to order again to apply the discount but without any hassle, they refund the Jubilieum discount of 30€! Because of the Coronavirus there was a delay and every time when I contacted them, they were not annoyed at all. They even wrote personal messages to tell me why it took so long. One time I called and the person on the telephone was very friendly as well and told me that the pen was not delivered at all by the manufacturer. But the same day I got an email to tell me that the pen arrived and that they were sorry for this misinformation. I answered that it was not a big deal and that I was happy that he was happy that he was mistaken this way and not the opposite... (saying that the pen is there while it is not). And again, the same day, I got a call from them, to tell me that the manufacturer made a mistake: they got the same fountain pen but instead of the Standard version, it was a Large version. But the Large version is much more expensive. It had a 21K gold nib instead of a 14K gold nib and the little compositions of the Standard versions are gold plated while they are real gold on the Large version. If I don't mind????? OF COURSE I DON'T MIND!!!! And that without charging any extra fees so I got it for the same price as the Standard version. The same day they shipped it, while they told me it was the next day. And when I got the parcel they packed it like a present and they even added some fresh baked cookies with it! What a great company! Now I'm only going to order with them instead of Amazon. That's for sure!!! I am so thankful and so happy as I was very sick and this news cheered me up and let me forgot all my worries. Thank you again so much for this fantastic service!

The portfolio is quite large but what is on stock appears to be not representative for latter portfolio. The delivery times on the website are only indicative and are 'highly' uncertain. I have ordered several pens and inks in the past but in most cases an indicative delivery time of in stock, 1-2 days or 2-4 days turned into weeks or even months and months. You are only informed once that the item is not in stock and then the waiting process starts. You do not get any updates on the order, you have to constantly send emails to get any information. Communication is however good once the conversation has started. Maybe it would be better to offer less variety and have more in stock. My advise: visit the shop and buy something you see, then you do not have to wait for it.....

I bought 6cc card holder from them. On their website it is written 2 weeks to stock. I bought it on the 30th of September, still 2nd of November according to them Mont Blanc has not delivered the item to be shipped. I bought it for my father's birthday and now I have wait for my money to be refunded with for something I did not receive. And still I don't know when I will get my refund. First time and last time buying from this unreliable shop. And their customer service is incompetent, only when I told them to deal with the issue within two days or I will ask for a refund, they start responding quicker. I will make sure to spread your reputation around me and if there are people who would buy from you guys, I will make sure to discourage them to do so. Thank you bad shopping experience.

Would like to give my respect for employee that hand wraps every single product in gift paper! As well the parcel box is so well sealed of that no mater rain or what the package will remain in great conduction

Good service, every product comes nicely packaged and gift wrapped. Prices are exceptional. It is true, backlogs can be longer than stated on the website, but if you e-mail him, he will give you more up to date information.
