★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardige mensen die er werken. Ik kreeg antwoord op mijn vragen. En werd goed geholpen. Ook een nette en overzichtelijke winkel. Leuke betaalbare kleding. Ik kon alles makkelijk vinden.
Nice people who work there. I got answers to my questions. And was helped well. Also a neat and uncluttered store. Nice affordable clothes. I could find everything easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filiaal rotterdam. Twee dagen terug heeft mijn moeder 2 jurken gehaald voor mij, deze passen niet. Bonnetje zijn we helaas kwijtgeraakt. Dame herkende mijn moeder nog. Ruilen voor 2 andere jurken mocht niet zonder bon wegens hun “administratie”... maar pinnen kunnen we daar nooit! waarom is dat??! Dat is toch beter voor de administratie.... Belachelijk! Zeer klantonvriendelijk! En prijzen die ze hanteren zijn niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit. De 2 jurken zijn in andere winkels in dezelfde winkelstraat €10 goedkoper!!! Voor ons was dit de laatste keer dat we daar wat halen. Ik raad deze winkel absoluut niet aan.
Rotterdam branch. Two days ago my mother got me 2 dresses, they don't fit. Unfortunately we lost our receipt. Lady still recognized my mother. Exchanging for 2 other dresses was not allowed without a receipt because of their "administration" ... but we can never pin there! why is that??! That's better for the administration .... Ridiculous! Very customer unfriendly! And prices they charge are not in proportion to the quality. The 2 dresses are € 10 cheaper in other stores in the same shopping street !!! For us this was the last time we got something there. I absolutely do not recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele lieve medewerkster. De winkel is mooi ingericht, beetje zara vibe. Mijn zussen en ik waren opzoek naar een specifieke hoofddoek die bij hun uitverkocht was. De medewerkster heeft ons Amira aangeraden. Dat is nou handel en samenwerken!
Very sweet employee. The store is nicely decorated, bit of a Zara vibe. My sisters and I were looking for a specific headscarf that was sold out. The employee recommended Amira to us. Now that is trade and cooperation!
