G	GM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op maandag 26ste een Pizza en een kapsalon besteld voor 18:00. Om 17:50 een belletje dat het wat later werd.... Er was een bezorger niet komen opdagen #begripvoorennetjesdatjebelt. Uiteindelijk de pizza en kapsalon om 18:40 gekregen. Pizza was koud en bodem was zeer taai. Volgens mij heeft de pizza net zo lang op mij moeten wachten als ik op hem, namelijk de volle 40 minuten extra! Onbegrijpelijk dat je het lef hebt om zo'n pizza nog een klant voor te schotelen!!!! Edit een paar uur later: Mijn vrouw nog een Appie sturen (jullie nr is nu geblokkeerd) met “onze pizza’s liggen nooit zo lang…” en “ had contact opgenomen met ons, dan hadden we naar een oplossing kunnen zoeken” in plaats van een excuus is een beetje de omgekeerde wereld. Ik was degene die de pizza naar binnen propte. Geen discussie; “ hij was oud, koud en taai!” Degene die hem gebakken heeft kan de bereidingstijd bevestigen. Als je een klant zo’n pizza aanbied begrijp je iets niet. Nogmaals ; “hij was oud, koud en taai!” ik had honger en wachtte al 40 minuten extra! Als pizza bakker mag je NOOIT ZO’N PIZZA AANBIEDEN! En dan in het Appie ook huilie huilie doen omdat jullie Google ranking nu naar beneden gaat in plaats van een excuus, is voor mij de omgekeerde wereld! Ik kom binnenkort langs en wil dan graag de baas spreken! Ordered a Pizza and a hair salon on Monday 26th before 18:00. At 5:50 pm a bell that it was a bit later .... A delivery person had not shown up #begripvoorennetjesdatjebelt. Finally got the pizza and hair salon at 6:40 pm. Pizza was cold and bottom was very chewy. I think the pizza had to wait for me as long as I did for it, namely the full 40 minutes extra! Incomprehensible that you have the guts to serve such a pizza to another customer !!!! Edit a few hours later: Send my wife another Appie (your number is now blocked) with “our pizzas have never been that long ...” and “had contacted us, we could have looked for a solution” instead of a excuse is a bit the upside-down world. I was the one who stuffed the pizza. No discussion; "He was old, cold and tough!" The person who baked it can confirm the cooking time. If you offer a customer such a pizza, you don't understand something. Once again ; "He was old, cold and tough!" i was hungry and had been waiting an extra 40 minutes! As a pizza baker you should NEVER OFFER SUCH PIZZA! And then in the Appie also crying crying because your Google ranking is now going down instead of an excuse, is the opposite world for me! I will come by soon and would like to speak to the boss!

Pizza was weer eens rijkelijk belegd, smaakte super lekker en de pizza was nog echt heet toen die hier kwam ?❤?top tent Once again ordered from our favorite pizzeria, we waited 1.5 hours but it is Saturday so that is not very surprising. Pizza was again richly filled, tasted super tasty and the pizza was still really hot when it came here ?❤?top tent
1	12WATCH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte bezorgen, meer dan 1.5 uur gewacht terwijl we tijdstip ruim op tijd hadden aangegeven. Nemen de telefoon ook nooit op. Bad delivery, waited more than 1.5 hours while we had indicated the time well in time. Never pick up the phone either.

V	Valentin B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My colleague and I went out for dinner to this place. In my opinion, their pizzas were dry, tasteless and not fresh. Their kitchen looked dirty. Also they don't have tables or chairs so people have to stand and wait for their orders. Actually, there's a seat plank but it is so old & dirty that customers don't use it. I'm sure there are enough better places to buy pizza in Zwolle. Hope that their management will improve the place and learn how to communicate with customers.
