Leuke scooter, geen absurde prijs en toen ik hier voor wat service kwam werd ik even attent geholpen. Great help with the purchase, arrived a few minutes before closing time, but they were not difficult about it. Nice scooter, not an absurd price and when I came here for some service I was attentively helped.
W	W .V.R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scooter gebracht voor onderhoud, komt terug me schade aan de linkerkant, nemen de telefoon niet op als je ze belt. na een week dus scooter terug met schade en loopt nog slechter dan dat eerst deed. hele slechte service, 1 ster is al teveel scooter brought for service, come back me damage on the left, don't answer the phone when you call them. so after a week scooter back with damage and runs even worse than it did before. very bad service, 1 star is already too much

Alleen inderdaad wat de meeste zeggen, wel vaak NIET bereikbaar.. maar verders wordt ik altijd netjes geholpen!! Zonder twijfel zou ik hier weer een scooter kopen.. ? Brought scooter this morning at 9.30 am for a major service. I asked if I could pick it up at 14:00 .. and yes it was ready. Top service! Only indeed what most say, often NOT available .. but otherwise I am always nicely helped!! Without a doubt I would buy a scooter here again..
M	Mathijs Gielen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizar.. Gisteren een "nieuwe scooter" opgehaald. Toen ik aan het einde van de dag naar huis wilde rijden deed de scooter niks meer. Gistermiddag 5x gebeld, geen gehoor. Vanochtend vanaf 09:30 gebeld tot 10:30 met vestiging Arnhem. Geen gehoor. Daarna de klantenservice gebeld, deze zouden mij doorverbinden met de vestiging, wordt wederom niet opgenomen. Toen ben ik met de scooter aan de hand van mijn werk naar de vestiging gelopen omdat ik de scooter nodig heb voor mijn afspraken. Hier werd heel laconiek gereageerd met als reden dat ze ZOOOO druk waren. Het is nu 15:29, wederom 5x gebeld naar de vestiging. Wat denk je? Inderdaad geen gehoor. Is een klein beetje service teveel gevraagd na het uitgeven van 2000 aan een nieuwe scooter? Overigens is dit de 2e x dat ik een scooter hier koop, de eerste keer zou de scooter direct klaar zijn en hebben we er nog 4 weken op moeten wachten. Ps ik schrijf nooit reviews maar dit is echt genant.. Bizarre.. Picked up a "new scooter" yesterday. When I wanted to drive home at the end of the day, the scooter stopped working. Called 5 times yesterday afternoon, no answer. Called Arnhem location from 09:30 until 10:30 this morning. No sound. Then called customer service, they would transfer me to the branch, again no answer. Then I walked to the location with the scooter on the basis of my work because I need the scooter for my appointments. Here the response was very laconic with the reason that they were SOOOO busy. It is now 15:29, again called 5 times to the branch. What do you think? No hearing indeed. Is a little bit of service too much to ask after spending 2000 on a new scooter? Incidentally, this is the 2nd time that I buy a scooter here, the first time the scooter would be ready immediately and we had to wait another 4 weeks. Ps I never write reviews but this is really embarrassing..

Vorige week ben ik gevallen met mijn scooter en de scooter was te kapot om er mee te gaan rijden naar arnhem. Ik moest zelf maar een oplossing zoeken en anders moest ik 60 euro betalen als ik wilde dat ze de scooter kwamen ophalen. (Omdat ik buiten arnhem woonde moest ik extra betalen ) Dit kon overigens past einde van de dag. ik kreeg dit aan de telefoon te horen: “we zijn geen anwb” schandalig!! ik laat mijn scooter hier niet meer komen voor onderhoud etc. Ik heb de la souris scooter nog, maar alleen in naam, voor onderhoud ga ik mooi naar linsen scooters in elst. Dat is nog is een scooterzaak. Bought my scooter at la souris arnhem 2 months ago. Last week I fell with my scooter and the scooter was too broken to drive to Arnhem. I had to find a solution myself, otherwise I had to pay 60 euros if I wanted them to come and collect the scooter. (Because I lived outside of Arnhem I had to pay extra) This was possible at the end of the day. I was told this on the phone: “we are not anwb” outrageous!! I don't let my scooter come here anymore for maintenance etc. I still have the la souris scooter, but only in name, for maintenance I go to linsen scooters in elst. That's still a scooter shop.

In de winkel fantastisch geholpen en allemaal vriendelijk een echte aanrader,bedankt mensen ? Picked up my E-Sourini Special Edition last week what a fantastic scooter. S	Siobhán O'Connor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongeveer een jaar geleden een scooter gekocht. Ik heb nog nooit een nieuwe scooter gekocht, dus ik vond het best spannend. Helaas pas na ruim 4 weken op kunnen halen vanwege drukte. De aflevering was een beetje een anti-climax, de man die me hielp vroeg ‘weet je dan niet hoe het werkt?’ De tank was wel nagenoeg leeg en was bang dat ik het niet zou halen naar het tank station. Wel gered uiteindelijk. Ik had nog een kettingslot van mijn oude scooter maar ik wist niet dat de velgen zo dun zijn dat deze er niet doorheen paste. Nieuw slot erbij gekocht dus. De scooter is vrij hoog (het zadel) ik kan maar net bij de grond (ik ben 1.65m) verder wel een hele fijne scooter ik gebruik m dagelijks voor mijn werk. Arnhem slecht bereikbaar, vaak lang in de wacht. Op dit moment ben ik wachtende omdat ze vandaag mijn scooter zouden komen ophalen (hij is kapot om de een of andere reden) maar ik heb niks meer van ze gehoord. Geen idee of ze vandaag nog komen? En op maandag is de winkel dicht dus kan ze niet bereiken. UPDATE: Gister niks meer gehoord vanuit Arnhem. Klantenservice contact mee gehad, ze wist niet zo goed wat ze ermee moest omdat ze dus op maandag dicht zijn. Zou het gaan uitzoeken en me terug bellen. 3x raden….. niks meer gehoord. Vanochtend (dinsdag) zelf maar weer gebeld, kreeg niet echt een excuses of een reden waarom de afspraak niet na was gekomen. Gister een vrije dag voor opgenomen en afspraken verzet. Vind het jammer dat het zo gaat… Bought a scooter about a year ago. I've never bought a new scooter before, so I thought it was quite exciting. Unfortunately, I was only able to pick up after more than 4 weeks due to crowds. The episode was a bit of an anti-climax, the guy who helped me asked 'don't you know how it works?' The tank was almost empty and was afraid I wouldn't make it to the gas station. Saved eventually. I still had a chain lock from my old scooter but I didn't know that the rims are so thin that it did not fit through. So bought a new lock. The scooter is quite high (the saddle) I can only just reach the ground (I am 1.65m) otherwise a very nice scooter I use it daily for work. Arnhem difficult to reach, often on hold for a long time. At the moment I'm waiting because they were supposed to pick up my scooter today (it's broken for some reason) but I haven't heard from them since. Not sure if they are still coming today? And on Mondays the shop is closed so can't reach her. UPDATE: Didn't hear anything from Arnhem yesterday. Contacted customer service, she was not sure what to do with it because they are closed on Mondays. Was going to look into it and call me back. 3 guesses….. heard nothing more. This morning (Tuesday) I called again, didn't really get an apology or a reason why the appointment had not been kept. Yesterday a day off for recorded and appointments rescheduled. I am sorry that this is the case…
c	colin manhoef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goeie zaak aardige en chillen mensen! andere zaak zei dat scooter gwn te erg kapot was maar geloofden dat niet echt dus heb hem hier gebracht en hier hebben ze alles gemaakt wat stuk was wel beetje dure kant maar liever dit dan slechtgemaakt! Good business nice and chill people! other shop said scooter gwn was too broken but didn't really believe that so brought it here and they fixed everything that was broken a bit expensive side but rather this than made bad!
