you are cheaters! scooter ordered and paid 2 months ago and one more month you have to wait. bad contact and constant lying to the scooter will be next Monday. I do not recommend????

Unprofessional. Worst experience ever. The seller was impolite and rude. I tried to lease a scooter and every time i went to submit my documents they kept telling me i need more and more documents. After i got all documents they refused to lease me a scooter, because i was not dutch. Sorry I lost interest in giving you any money, I will find a store that wants to help me right away, not a store that wants to help me after i exopse them on the intrernet

If someone sent mechanic for a repair already payed without any scooter gear tools... And his best advice is to sell the scooter and have a nice day... The worst service and communication ever. Wake up and don't take our money for nothing. Unprofessional seller and atc...

Friendly- yes Nice staff - yes BUT I HAD TO GO ONLINE, register, call, book appointment! On the phone, yes it will take only 30 minutes for first Service- i was like ok will give it 2 hours. I call , book appointment 14:30 and planned all time around it. I come on time- drop my scooter- i come back at 18:00 and oh. Work has not even started! Why was appointment made then? This cost now! Kids with baby sitter- taxi back home and indeed tomorrow to pick it up. Guys, such a great place should have better commitment .. Lets see !!!!!

We bought a Vespa from La Souris Scooters on the 9th June. The salesman in the Eindhoven shop told us it will take between 4 to max 6 weeks for the delivery of the Vespa. We made a follow-up on the 6 July where they told us that our Vespa will be delivered to the shop on the following Monday. We made another follow-up call on the 12th of July to confirm, we were told they are not sure whether our Vespa will be delivered this week, but we should follow-up later. After making the 3rd follow-up call, we are now told that it can take another 2-3 weeks, but they are also not 100% sure about this timeline. They also said in the conversation that they have 12 weeks to deliver. We followed up on the 27th of July and they still told us it will take another 2-3 weeks to be delivered, but they are still not sure about this and they cannot give us an exact date. Firstly, if the salesman told us it's going to take 12 weeks, we definitely would not have bought it at La Souris. Secondly, we can’t get a sure answer on when we might receive the Vespa is really unprofessional, whether it's from their side or Vespa’s side, I don’t know. Either way it is not fair towards any customer to purchase something under these circumstances. I like to see myself as a reasonable person, but this I find completely unexpectable. I recommended that we cancel the order and get a refund on the deposit of 500 euros. It is apparently not possible to cancel the order just because of the delay. And that they have 12 weeks to deliver the Vespa. Bottom line: false delivery times, no cancellation option and bad service.

Excellent service. Always able to find a willing/helping hand whether you show up in their shop with/without appointment. Also, regarding delivery - it is usually extended but they are upfront about it mentioning during the order time - "We try to deliver within time but it may take a bit longer due to corona or reasons beyond our control.", which I personally found satisfactory.
