β β β β β Doe GEEN zaken met deze firma en koop elders een scooter. De overeengekomen leveringstermijn wordt niet nagekomen en de firma is onbereikbaar. Het is dus onmogelijk om contact op te nemen om te vragen wat de status van je bestelling is. Service is bizar slecht ! Voorkom teleurstelling en kosten van een advocaat door naar een andere, gerenommeerde firma te gaan. Hier geldt: goedkoop is duurkoop !
DO NOT do business with this company and buy a scooter elsewhere. The agreed delivery period is not met and the company is unreachable. It is therefore impossible to contact us to ask about the status of your order. Service is bizarrely bad! Avoid disappointment and attorney fees by going to another reputable firm. The following applies here: cheap is expensive!

β β β β β Ten eerste krijg je goed en uitgebreide uitleg bij een advies verkoop van een scooter, zeer prettig ervaren. Je kon al je vragen stellen en alles werd goed uitgelegd. We hebben een scooter gekocht en onlangs even een onderhoud laten doen. Dit werd heel snel in behandeling genomen, ik wist niet dat je een afspraak moest maken voor onderhoud. maar er was gelukkig tijd ervoor in de werkplaats en kon de scooter achterlaten. De volgende ochtend kon ik de scooter al ophalen. Was netjes geregeld en kon wederom nog even wat vragen stellen over de scooter. Prima, geregeld bij La Souris. Mijn scooter is in goede handen bij hun en alles wordt snel geregeld.
First of all, you get a good and extensive explanation with advice on the sale of a scooter, which is a very pleasant experience. You could ask all your questions and everything was well explained. We bought a scooter and recently had it serviced. This was dealt with very quickly, I didn't realize you had to make an appointment for maintenance. but luckily there was time in the workshop and was able to leave the scooter behind. The next morning I was already able to pick up the scooter. Was neatly arranged and was again able to ask some questions about the scooter. Fine, arranged at La Souris. My scooter is in good hands with them and everything is arranged quickly.

β β β β β I honestly don't recommend this shop. I have bought scooter with yellow plates (up to 50km/h), that was promised to be provided within 5 working days. After a call the customer service said it will take 2 weeks, eventually it was 2 months! so I had to change the order to blue plates scooter as the time was very important to me.
On top of that the scooter has been delivered broken (loose mirrors, broken lock seat and broken speedometer). I am waiting already one month until they fully repair all the broken parts, but actually this scooter should not be even delivered in this condition.
I've have already received a fine caused by the broken speedometer. I requested to receive a replacement for the time the scooter is repaired, but the customer service simply ignored this request, saying that I have to wait.
I'd suggest you to go somewhere else where they treat customers more serious. Even if the new scooter would cost you a bit more, but sometimes cheaper on a long term is more expensive.

β β β β β I am very disappointed by the service (or rather the lack thereof) from this store.
No-one answers the phone, ever. And after leaving voice messages, no-one returns the calls. No-one responds to emails either.
Placing the order was one big hassle ... It took over 2 weeks to get all my questions answered via email (only 4 questions), but once they were answered and I got a formal invoice (this wasn't easy to get either), I paid and was told by Jerry that my scooter would be delivered to the store today (17 June).
I've been trying to get a hold of him for the last few days (calls and emails) to confirm that I can come and collect but still no response.
I then called the head office, and chatted to Andre, only to find out that my scooter is still sitting there and still needs to be road-worthied and will only be delivered to the Rotterdam store on the 5th July. ?
This is very frustrating. And I really just want a refund at this point. I'd rather take my sale elsewhere.
