★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij aankoop een volledig pakket gekocht om de scooter te onderhouden. 1 maand naar onderhoudt direct v snaar kapot en koppeling kapot naar 1 jaar was de nieuwe accu helemaal verrot en moest een nieuwe aanschaffen. Ook na vragen om mijn scooter te begrenzen rijdt deze nog steeds te hard en slaat er regelmatig doorheen. Ondertussen een andere dealer gevonden die wel netjes de scooter onderhoudt ik raad aan om hier niks te kopen en zeker geen onderhouds plan aangezien deze niet uitgevoerd worden.
 Bought a full package with purchase to maintain the scooter. 1 month to maintain direct v belt broken and clutch broken after 1 year, the new battery was completely rotten and had to buy a new one. Even after asking to limit my scooter, it still drives too fast and regularly hits it. In the meantime, I have found another dealer who does a good job of maintaining the scooter. I recommend not to buy anything here and certainly no maintenance plan since these are not carried out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opgepast, schijnbaar hebben ze het erg druk, waardoor ze instaat zijn je weg te laten rijden. met een scooter die eigenlijk helemaal niet gerepareerd is. "Ze hebben hun best gedaan". Dat bleek.. Heb meer dan 100 euro neergelegd voor iets waar ik 60 voor had verwacht te gaan betalen. De factuur zouden ze na mailen, maar heb ik nooit ontvangen. Bij het wegrijden kreeg ik 'm niet aan de praat. De slechte service straalde er vanaf. "Je kan via de site een nieuwe afspraak inplannen". Ja goed aanbod.. Probleem is inmiddels verholpen door een andere dealer. 2 tientjes en slechts één dag wachttijd.. Lol.
Careful, apparently they are very busy, which means they are able to let you drive away. with a scooter that has actually not been repaired at all. "They did their best". It turned out.. I deposited more than 100 euros for something I expected to pay 60 for. They said they would email me the invoice, but I never received it. When I started driving I couldn't get it to work. The poor service radiated from it. "You can schedule a new appointment via the site". Yes good offer .. Problem has now been resolved by another dealer. 2 bucks and only one day of waiting.. Lol.

I requested a service at home from them, because it is a service they provided, it took them 3 weeks to contact me come check my scooter and eventually they couldn't fix it. They said they will come the next day, but they didn't. I mailed a complain about this to the head office, they forwarded my mail to the branch office for them to contact me. They still didn't contact me. If would have appreciated it if they told me that my scooter issue is not something to be fixed at home and that they would need it at the office. Instead they promised me to come by next day and didn't come through. There is also no checks if complains has been resolved or not. I'm not giving it a 1 star rating because scooter prices aren't that expensive.
