★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een eigen fout van Laauw wekenlang aan net wachten op zelf voorgeschoten (hoge) retourkosten. Ontzettend veel mailwisseling gehad en bericht gekregen dat het een maand geleden al overgemaakt had moeten zijn. Geen geld en geen gehoor bij verhaal halen.. Jammer de tassen zijn prachtig.
 After Van Laauw's own mistake, we had to wait for weeks for (high) return costs that were advanced by himself. Had a lot of email exchange and received a message that it should have been transferred a month ago. No money and no hearing in redress .. Too bad the bags are beautiful.

Heb deze tas in januari gekocht maar nu is de haak van de band stuk dus ik kan de tas niet gebruiken. Wel erg snel dat hij stuk is. Hoop dat jullie hier een oplossing voor hebben .Verder ben ik zeer tevreden met de tas.

Omdat u de tas via de sample sale heeft gekocht kunnen wij u helaas niet helpen. Dit komt omdat wij geen losse banden verkopen en u helaas ook geen extra korting kunnen bieden voor een nieuwe tas. Momenteel hebben we wel black friday kortingen voor als u eventueel een nieuw model wilt aanschaffen.

Bought this bag in January but now the hook of the strap is broken so I can't use the bag. Very quickly that it is broken. Hope you have a solution for this. I am also very satisfied with the bag.

Their automatic email don’t even have content in it. If anyone would like to buy their products, be prepared to be disappointed with the customer service.
