★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service door eigenaresse zelf
De eigenaresse is heel aardig zolang ze kan verkopen maar als je later een klacht hebt over het kledingstuk wordt ze ineens vijandig en kan je het bekijken. Kocht een trui van Patrizia Pepe voor €270 euro. Na 1 x dragen al veel pluis op borst en armen. Ik mocht hem terug sturen naar de winkel in december. Na 7 weken wachten en steeds zelf naar status moeten vragen kreeg ik hem nadat ik boos werd meteen terug met de mededeling dat de pluis verwijderd was. Alsof ik dat zelf niet had kunnen doen en moest dat 7 weken duren?? Toen ik zei dat ik dat vervelend vond zei ze: DUS? nou ik heb mijn plicht gedaan!
Ze reageerde kortaf en dat vind ik heel jammer wanneer ik daar als vaste klant al voor meer dan €1500 heb gekocht.
Wil je echte service ook wanneer je niet tevreden bent dan ben je hier aan het verkeerde adres.
Een cursus klantenbinding en tevredenheid zou haar goed doen.
 Bad service by the owner herself
The owner is very nice as long as she can sell but if you later have a complaint about the garment she suddenly becomes hostile and you can look at it. Bought a sweater from Patrizia Pepe for € 270 euros. After 1 x wearing already a lot of fluff on the chest and arms. I was allowed to send it back to the store in December. After waiting for 7 weeks and always having to ask for status myself, I immediately got it back after I got angry with the message that the fluff had been removed. As if I couldn't have done that myself and it had to take 7 weeks? When I said that I found that annoying, she said: SO? well i have done my duty!
She responded curtly and I find that very unfortunate when as a regular customer I have already bought more than € 1500 there.
If you want real service even when you are not satisfied, you have come to the wrong place.
A customer loyalty and satisfaction course would do her good.

Zij bewegen hemel en aarde om je probleem op te lossen en in mijn ervaring lukt dit altijd. Wil je echt wat moois, kwaliteit én eerlijke mening dan is Lace je winkel.
Lace, a super nice and cozy boutique with many brands including my favorite brand Elisabetta Franchi. Employees and owner very nice and the service is top. They move heaven and earth to solve your problem and in my experience they always succeed. If you really want something beautiful, quality and honest opinion, Lace is your store.
