 Super nice new nail salon. I have had my nails done several times by Ilona. And every time very happy with my nails with minimal nail design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fijne salon. Professionele ontvangst en omgeving en het is er super gezellig. Echt even een moment voor jezelf. Het blijft me verbazen dat de nagellak tot drie weken mooi blijft zitten. Echt een cadeautje voor jezelf elke keer opnieuw. Ik kan LAK! aan iedereen aanbevelen.
Super nice salon. Professional reception and environment and it is super cozy. Really just a moment for yourself. It continues to amaze me that the nail polish lasts up to three weeks. Truly a gift for yourself every time. I can LAK! recommend to everyone.

Sweet staff, nicely decorated and super happy that I can finally have beautiful nails with the nail strengthening treatment! Also many beautiful colors to choose from. 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen nagelstyliste in Utrecht en omgeving kan tippen aan de professionele, maar tevens gezellige, gelcolor behandelingen van Denise. Niemand anders laat ik m’n nagels nog doen. Naast dat mijn nagels echt onwijs mooi voorzien van gelcolor is Denise super sociaal, gezellig en enorm klantgericht. Niet voor niets zit haar agenda volledig volgeboekt en sla ik mezelf voor m’n kop als ik te laat een nieuw plekje wil reserveren ??
No nail technician in Utrecht and the surrounding area can match the professional, but also cozy, gel color treatments from Denise. No one else will I have my nails done anymore. Besides the fact that my nails are really beautifully provided with gel color, Denise is super social, cozy and very customer-oriented. It is not without reason that her agenda is fully booked and I beat myself up if I want to reserve a new spot too late ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My gel manicure lasted only about a week! I mentioned it within a week on a survey I was sent without asking for anything back. Got contacted saying they were sorry and wanted am opportunity to fix it for me. After exchanging a few messages, I was given an appointment 3 weeks after my first appointment. I was also told they had a 1 week guarantee but had forgotten to tell me and they were sorry about that. When I arrived there I was told by the owner that because all my nails were at that point gel polish free (yes, it was gone after a week like I said on the survey so I am not sure what she expected after 3 weeks?!), I would have to pay for half of the price of the manicure! That had never been mentioned to me before I got there and the excuse I was given (my gel being gone from all nails) made no sense since the entire reason I was there again was because the gel was gone within a week as I said clearly on the survey and I was offered by them to fix it and given an appointment by them too at their chosen time and day! Very misleading and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.
