Je krijgt van hun eigenlijk geen garantie, je wordt gewoon doorverwezen naar de fabrikant, die verwijst je weer voor garantie naar de verkoper. Ze komen dan wel even kijken, maar ja, het ligt uiteraard altijd aan de manier van leggen en de ondervloer die niet juist is. Wij van WC eend adviseren WC eend zeg maar. Hier haal ik nooit meer een vloertje.
The best people don't know how warranty works. You don't actually get a warranty from them, you are simply referred to the manufacturer, who refers you to the seller for warranty. They will come and have a look, but yes, it is of course always due to the installation method and the subfloor that is not correct. We from WC duck advise WC duck. I will never get a floor here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goedkope kwalitatieve laminaat. Veel van de bekende merken waar je elders de hoofdprijs voor betaalt en op je bestelling moet wachten, hebben ze hier allemaal op voorraad. Hele eerlijke mensen ook.
Cheap quality laminate. Many of the well-known brands that you will pay top dollar for elsewhere and have to wait for your order have them all in stock here. Very honest people too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima prijs / kwaliteit verhouding voor een mooie laminaatvloer. Tijdens de verkoop en afhandeling goede communicatie gehad met de jongens van LC. Ben ook tevreden over de leggers, binnen een dag hebben ze op twee verdiepingen laminaat gelegd inclusief plinten. Ziet er prima uit!
Excellent price / quality ratio for a beautiful laminate floor. During the sale and handling had good communication with the guys from LC. Am also satisfied with the shelves, within a day they laid laminate on two floors, including skirting boards. Looks great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waooo! Ik stond tegen verhuizing en kwam ik laminaat te kort en bestelde ik in alle haast de verkeerde " ik kon bij zweren dat ik ht de juiste hb gevonden" .
Hun bezorger heel netje en in alle geduld gewacht of het werkte voor ons & uiteindelijk hft het terug genomen en kocht ik andere direct dichtbij huis & doordat ik te druk bezig was met mijn huis bén ik niet achter aan gegaan tot iemand belde van bedrijf met de vraag waar ze mijn geld konden terug boeken. Wat prachtig van uit mijn ervaring vaak moet ik toch bellen en maillen maar blijkbaar zijn er nog zo een leuke bedrijven. Volgende keer ook bijl de laminaat concurrent .
Waooo! I was against moving and I was short of laminate and I ordered the wrong one in all haste " I could swear I found the right one".
Their delivery person very neat and patiently waited for it to work for us & eventually took it back & bought others immediately close to home & because I was too busy with my house I didn't go after until someone called from company with the ask where they could refund my money. How wonderful from my experience I often have to call and email but apparently there are still such nice companies. Next time also ax the laminate competitor.

Bought 100m2 laminate 3 years ago. We are still very happy with it to this day. Good quality service. The gentlemen know what they are talking about. Something for everyone, there is plenty of choice! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was erg enthousiast om een nieuwe vloer te hebben en heb nog nooit zo'n slechte ervaring gehad met het leggen van laminaat. Wij zijn zeer ontevreden.
Ik zal het even opsommen:
- Slechte communicatie: voorafgaand was niet kortgesloten wat er nodig was bv het kitten van plinten en welk materiaal ze van ons verwachten.
- Geen deskundig advies: volgens de legger paste het laminaat niet bij het hoogteverschil in de woning.
- Onbetrouwbaarheid: er was een pak laminaat over, dit kwam ik pas te weten nadat ik contact met ze had opgenomen.
- Onveilig en intimidatie: er werd veel geschreeuwd en gezegd: "Je weet dat je fout zit." Ik zou het voor vrouwen afraden om hier zaken mee te doen, het was een erg onveilige situatie.
- Slordig vakmanschap: op de foto's te zien. Dit is later DEELS hersteld, maar niet zonder zuchten. Daarnaast voor het leggen nodig om de deuren eruit te halen. Deze waren niet teruggeplaatst na het leggen van de vloer. Opvallend was er ook geen rekening gehouden met de plakplinten onder de deur. Hierdoor kon de deur niet teruggeplaatst worden.
Ik heb €2500,- betaald voor de vloer en deze zijn niet in overeenstemming met de professionaliteit, klantvriendelijkheid en vakmanschap. Ik zou het HEEL ERG afraden om hier laminaat te kopen en leggen.
I was very excited to have a new floor and have never had such a bad experience laying laminate. We are very dissatisfied.
I'll just sum it up:
- Poor communication: prior to that, it was not short-circuited what was needed, eg the sealing of skirting boards and what material they expect from us.
- No expert advice: according to the layer, the laminate did not match the height difference in the house.
- Unreliability: There was a pack of laminate left, I only found out after contacting them.
- Unsafe and intimidation: there was a lot of yelling and saying: "You know you're wrong." I would advise against doing business with women here, it was a very unsafe situation.
- Sloppy workmanship: can be seen in the photos. This was later PARTLY restored, but not without sighing. In addition, before laying it is necessary to remove the doors. These were not put back after laying the floor. Remarkably, the adhesive skirting boards under the door were also not taken into account. As a result, the door could not be replaced.
I paid € 2500 for the floor and these are not in accordance with the professionalism, customer-friendliness and craftsmanship. I would HIGHLY recommend against buying and installing laminate here.
