★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, spacious and super clean. The service desks and staffs are very friendly and quick.
We spend a long weekend there for my boy 2 years old birthday and we had lots of fun. Unfortunately, lots of things are closed due to Covid, inside, but also outside (reconstruction), kinderboederij also semi closed. We came at normal season so it wasn't crowded, very chill. The rest is beautiful.
The bungalow itself is great, TV with full Ziggo option, fast internet. Although, there should be more basic items: 1 set of tower and floor tower (i know you can purchase them extra), but we brought our own and expect some simple ones. And hair drier <- comon, just put i there.
I had a wonderful time there though. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good stay and good beds but the houses lack cleaning alot. We got cobwebs allover the place and they should change a few things, first the table for dinner is not big enough for 5 people to sit at. Secondly the heating turns on without us turning it ons and the house gets so hot every morning we had to open the front door and rear door every morning to let it cool off. Otherwise nice park quiet environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely spot in the nature, even during corona restriction there were a lot of activitys for the kids, the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us and my kids did love them room!
We did spend a very good time and we'll come back next year for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a well enough stay. A very old cabin which it shows and smells. We loved the nosy chipmunks, but we were not too happy with the 'family disco'.
A park shop, with of course steep prices but still convenience. However they do sell things like packages for sauce, or stuff to make pancakes... but the cabin did not include a measuring cup meaning I had to guestimate.
Also the Landal app telling very clearly there were no activities on sunday which meant I missed the archery was a shame. On the other hand it was advertised as archery for beginners and being experienced I was not sure I would be welcome...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to amend our booking for the past 5 days. Call center puts you on hold for more than 30 minutes, which is ridiculous especially when calling long distance. There is no other method to amend a booking which is odd. Very very bad customer service, I advice other to book at another park rather than Landal.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying at the Landal De Lommerbergen holiday village for 8 days and we expect there is laundry in the village as it was showed in the facility list of their website but due to construction work, it was closed and we didn’t get warning/ notification when we made the booking. We found that is important for people stay that long to have laundry and we think Landal De Lommerbergen does not inform customer in advance by purpose so people will keep coming here without knowing there is no laundry available. When we make complaint to the reception in the camp, they cannot provide any solution on the laundry issue and just said they cannot help, such a disappointing feedback and we really felt we were cheated by the company.
Besides, the management of the holiday village also very bad, there should be no cars allowed to park inside the village, but there are always some cars parked in front of the road to our house and blocked our way out, we made complaint to the reception, they said they will send staff to clear the cars but the situation remain the same, we felt helpless in the holiday village and strongly not recommend this place to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop sold out 2 days ago, pizza restaurant closed for the entire week, steak restaurant booked full on kid friendly hours for the entire week, bar closed before noon, mini safari cars were broken when we booked...
But they have coffee in cardboard cups (no holders though, so you'll burn your fingers) and they rented some food trucks for sloppy pizza and gross fries.
1000euro well spent. (During a school holiday week!)
