R	Rudolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the makings of a nice resort, but our appartment was infested with bugs. After reporting this, the actions taken by park management only worsened the situation. If not for this and the downright arrogant attitude of the people we spoke with, it could have been a good stay.

There's 2 showers, one cabin in a walk-in bathroom connected to (and visible from) the downstairs bathroom and one bath-shower upstairs. Downstairs shower had no privacy and upstairs shower was uncomfortable and not meant for longer showers, not to mention the fact that it's practically impossible to use without flooding the entire bathroom due to the fairly stupid design. I'm guessing they assumed all 6 people would use the downstairs shower that isn't lockable and has open view from the bedroom, and would only use the bath-shower after taking a bath. This is all without taking into account that the downstairs shower was clogged, too.
M	Martin Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE Customer Service -- Avoid Landal at All Costs The location of Landal Cauberg was ultimately fine (see other reviews), however, the booking process and customer service were soo poor, unfriendly, and unprofessional that we can only give 1 star. We had booked 3 houses, as my brother was coming from the United States. Due to Covid-19, his family's flights were cancelled and they were no longer able to come. We kept our 2 houses, and he cancelled his. Upon asking for a refund, customer service said in our first call that the first 70% was processed as he had cancelled before 28 days of arrival and that for the remaining 30% we would get a voucher. We waited and no voucher. We called another 8 times, each time somebody telling us it would get delivered and then it never did... and each time we had to explain it again... Until ultimately we were told they had no idea about a voucher, and that everything we had been told up to this point, she did not know about and didn't matter. Tough luck she said, you won't get anything from us. It's one thing to not give a voucher. It's another thing to promise one, and then blatantly lie and not deliver. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Unethical. And one reason to never stay with Landal again.
R	Remus Andrei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really great time here. The complex is well maintained, looks sparkling clean and in the house you can find anything to make an awesome holiday. Close to domain you have the beautiful city of Valkenburg, a really good centre of Spa and the Holland casino for your entertainment

The toilet seat had yellow-brown stains and all cabinetry was incredibly dusty from the inside. Hairs were abundant through out the kitchen, including our cutlery and cutting board. Furthermore, don't expect any towels (neither in the bathroom nor kitchen) or any shampoo or hand-wash, you have to bring your own. The beds are so-so, bathroom door upstairs refused to shut at all, meaning we could all enjoy each other's bathroom habits. If you're looking for a clean experience, I would not recommend this location.
A	Alex Koper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice landscaped villa park. The holidays homes are comfortable and cosy, although the decorations are somewhat outdated and the fridge has trouble staying cool. Well located in a beautiful environment.
D	David Elves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, clean and comfortable. We had problems with the dishwasher, told reception, they sent somebody around to fix it, unfortunately it broke down again the day before we left. Plus supermarket is very close and is good.
F	Floris Sluiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luxurious cottages. Very friendly staff with great service. The restaurant and bar are excellent. The shop is a bit limited, but a supermarket is near by. The park itself has a few playgrounds for younger kids, but not much else. Lots of historic and interesting sites near by.
