Landal Twenhaarsveld - Landuwerweg 17

Will visit this park for the 15th(!) time this year. Just about excellent; for kids, adults, friends who like good food, beautiful nature, friendly environment and just about anything needed for a long weekend and/or week out. Twenhaarsveld is the best!

We arrived late after a long flight. We leet the place knew in advance of the late hour. They sent us an explanation of where the keys to the room would be. It was very hard to find the place where the keys were. When we finally found the safe with the keys whuld not opened. Only two hours after we arrived, we entered an alternative room. It was very difficult. The next day they apologized to the way things were going. So far we enjoy our stay here. There is a large playground good for all ages. And a nice swimming pool.

Beautiful farmhouse style cottages, with a playground in front of the house. Swimming pool is a tad small and simple, but perfectly adequate for small children. Very big playground at the main building

Very nice family park, cosy cottages (could do with screens because of the many mosquitos, so bring your own protection!) with fireplace. There is lots to do on the park, many activities for kids of all ages and grown ups too. The swimming pool is not big but adequate. Bollo the bear is the mascot, and is seen a lot around the park to entertain the kids. Had a great time.

House was clean and roomy. The park is surrounded by woods. Car free park - advantage, no noise - disadvantage: the distance to your car depends on the location of the house. One star deduction for lack of privacy in the garden. It is completely open to the path, the neighbour's garden and a playground.

We had a really nice time. Great facilities for kids and dogs.

I liked the park, it was spacious and houses were not too close to each other. But too close to streets. Lots of nature around, but not so much privacy. Front yards are basicly on the street, so even if you are walking around, you can see what everyone is doing. Although this is normal in Netherlands. Houses also have big windows so during the day everyone who walks by can see inside your house. There is fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher. I missed an owen. Kitchen is basically supplied with dishes and cleaning products are available. There is hoover and clean linen. You can pay for extra services. Sofa was not comfortable, plastic slippery surface and even our dog didn't like to lay down on it. I understand it for easy-to-clean purposes, but for guests comfort i would choose something different. Beds were not too comfortable either, worn out and gap in the middle. Bedrooms anyway not cozy, tiny window on top of the wall, closet and sink. Bit prison styled, dark, small,basic, uncomfortable. Made you want to leave bed immediately after waking up, and you didn't look forward to go to bed in the evening. Living room was cozy colorful and very nice on the other hand. Bathroom warm, bath, sink and toilet, we brought our own towels. Restaurant is nice, with terrace and staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful place to visit with dog, types of houses can vary. Minus point is your car cannot be parked next to the house but must be left on the parking place, which makes it a bit time consuming.

Nice, quiet place, beautiful park, squirrels, birds and hares :) Various types of playgrounds for children, pets are welcome, but bungalows a little filthy and unfortunately rather poor privacy, because every now and then someone rings the doorbell, and sometimes enters with their own key! - cleaning the bathroom, bedding, electrician, chimney sweep, cleaning the gutter, replacing the lock on the door, etc etc so forget about walking around the house in the panties.
