★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bungalows are great, everything that is needed is available. What's not working well is the wifi connection speed. If that got improved and there was a bit more furniture in the bathroom, the park could get a near-perfect rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for the price. Lovely little "village". My kids love it. The house is clean and fully functional. The staff in the park is extremely friendly and professional. Probably won't be the last time staying here for the holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE Customer Service -- Avoid Landal at All Costs
The location of Landal Veluwemeer was ultimately fine (see other reviews), however, the booking process and customer service were soo poor, unfriendly, and unprofessional that we can only give 1 star.
We had booked 3 houses, as my brother was coming from the United States. Due to Covid-19, his family's flights were cancelled and they were no longer able to come. We kept our 2 houses, and he cancelled his. Upon asking for a refund, customer service said in our first call that the first 70% was processed as he had cancelled before 28 days of arrival and that for the remaining 30% we would get a voucher.
We waited and no voucher. We called another 8 times, each time somebody telling us it would get delivered and then it never did... and each time we had to explain it again... Until ultimately we were told they had no idea about a voucher, and that everything we had been told up to this point, she did not know about and didn't amtter. Tough luck she said, you won't get anything from us.
It's one thing to not give a voucher. It's another thing to promise one, and then blatantly lie and not deliver. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Unethical. And one reason to never stay with Landal again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely apartment and beautiful grounds. The 3 play parks we've found are a bit limited for toddlers. More restaurants/cafes or more menu choice would be ideal. We're enjoying our holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The layout of the park is very nice, lots of green though some parts look very 'man made'. Also not all the areas were finished when we visited. The layout of the house is very nice. The bedroom/bathroom ratio is very good. Unfortunately the dishwashers did not clean the dishes properly and in the cupboards we found several dishes that weren't cleaned properly (mostly cooking pans)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large six person bungalow, well equipped and clean. Good kitchen particularly and enough space around. The outdoor furniture was very good and the roofed terras super in warm but rainy weather. Surf school Zeewolde was our daily destination at 50 minutes biking distance. Supermarket at the park is good, location nice and spacious. Forest nearby for running and walking. Bike paths all over. Good place for a week or so. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. The toilet was blocked, flashy water in the bathroom, someone took our parking place for no reason, when you called customer service, they don't care about anything, the house was not clean at all, you pay for a luxe house, and you get not even basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet, clean accomodation with comfortable furnishing and (in our case) a sauna. Recommended for a weekend getaway. There are a lot of services available on and around the park, but most of them are only opened, and best enjoyed, during the warmer seasons. Our dishwasher became defective during the night, creating a lot of noise that we couldn't fix ourselves, resulting in one sleepless night. The next morning we called the service desk and they informed us that we'd better take our problem to the reception.. at which point a mechanic arrived at our front door. Kinda weird. All in all a nice play to stay.
